Problem is...I was in the process of shipping both my cars to the UK the day we caught him on our property. I brought evidence of my vehicle being in the UK 5 days before said "offense" took place...lawsuit pending😊

This happened to my neighbor when a cop entered a privately own road and into his front yard. All because the property owner of the house was drinking root beer with 2 of his buddies on his porch. So afterward James sued that police department for violating his rights and unlawful detainment for $70,995.00 and he won his lawsuit! This victim needs to hire a good law firm.
