2:47 not sure if this is brought up later in the video, but what's the "Option Key" mentioned during this segment? Used along with Shift to shrink a disc while keeping the centres aligned. Thank you for these very useful tutorials!

So the option key is found on a Mac. I believe the equivalent would be the Alt key on windows/linux.
