My cousin Frank down in Jacksonville, FL owns a 1993 Cadillac Sedan deVille w/ 4.9 motor. Same color combo as this Deville. White with the Navy Blue top and interior. His also has the "astro" roof. He has owned it since new. He told me that the Navy Blue top was part of a dealer specialty trim called Nautica Edition. His floor mats have the designer Nautica symboled floor mats.

Pure Nostalgia! Growing up in South Georgia, these cars were considered "Preacher" or "Reverend" cars or they were called "The Pastor's Car".

It's true. Adding the Sedan DeVille logos truly gives the car the old school touch and yes; the car itself is an amazing car and an amazing family car.
I read on a Cadillac Forum that Cadillac did not switch to the new head bolts until 2004 on most of their cars. But some 2004 Devilles still got the old head bolts. 2005 is the first year ALL Northstars got the new head bolts.

Hey Anthony, I hope you are recovering and welcome to the club. I had mine removed two years ago. The pain was unbearable, absolutely no joke. I had gallstones trapped in the bile duct, which needed removing after surgery, too. My gallbladder looked like a piece of concrete by all accounts from the consultant. I will say it's a lot harder to eat bigger meals now, especially really rich fatty foods, which can be hard going on the stomach. Anyway, love to you and all the family and take it easy.
I like your cars you seem like a good man. However I just ain't into hearing or worse comparing heath problems. Someone else can always Trump you with worse problems. Sorry if I'm a cold uncaring guy but we are all here right here right now. All of us. Let's not dwell on it. Cars are my escape.

Anthony, you will LOVE having your gall bladder gone. You'll have less indigestion, etc, and you'll never have another attack again. I had mine out 15 years ago and still amazed that how much it screwed up my quality of life. Given this vid is month old I'm sure you're well along with your recovery. But, please take it easy for another month or two. Soon you'll be able to est everything you want and it won't bother you a bit.
Had my gall bladder removed.."full surgery".. before laparoscopic technique. No more pain and discomfort..just limit food intake and eliminate anything that bothers you. You will forget it was performed. Always enjoy your videos and would enjoy a late(r) model Cadillac in mint condition. Drive Hondas today but miss my old Park Avenue and a police chassis rear drive Chryslers..all special orders. Keep up your great work and your business integrity!

I've owned two of this model DeVille, and loved each one. I kept both serviced every 3,000 miles. Mo problems whatsoever with either Northstar engines. The only problem I had was keeping my Caddy's clean! LoL! Love Love Love this DeVille!

What a stunner! My wife had one that I liked even more - it was done in the color that was so unusual, White Lightning. Other than that it was a clone - love the chrome wheels with narrow white stripe tires. Traded it in when it was over 150,000 miles. Wish were in the market for another Cadillac, but we have 3 currently. This jewel should be snapped up quickly.
I looked at an absolutely pristine 1979 Seville in triple black, astro roof & factory chrome wire wheels. It was the most outstanding example of the first gen Seville I'd seen to this day. This was back in 1984. A guy in the driveway was wiping it down & said it had 4,000 miles (5 years old). I wanted it so badly, but it wasn't for sale.

I know where one of these is sitting right now with 50k miles, 2005 Cadillac Sedan Deville black on black, sunroof, and a few other bells and whistles. BEAUTIFUL car just sitting for sale. I drive by it every day!! Love this body style better than anything Cadillac has put out since!

Glad you're feeling better and yes you need to stay close as possible to a restroom for a little while now you may get blessed and may go away right away or it may take a little while it may quite a while I had mine taken out and I had to stay near restroom after you eating at least about a year year-and-a-half. My brother-in-law had here's taken out about four months after me and he still goes to the restroom after eating some people different like I say you may be blessed enough to stop right away glad you're feeling better thank God for guiding the doctor's hands.👍🏾💙💪🏾

Beautiful deville. I had a 96 deville concours edition on vogue tyres with the 32 valve North Star. Nothing rides like a Cadillac that’s for sure but that north star did give me issues

Had a couple of the these, 2000 DTS and an 01 DeVille, as part of your replacing items this cars fluids are 20 years old. Did you swap any of those fluids?

I love lite blue and white for car colors. One of my vehicles is lite blue with black interior. The other is white with gray interior. The interior colors don’t bother me as much , but the outside color is more important to me. It’s been difficult finding newer vehicles with blue or white interior.
I wish 🙏🏾 I still love mines tho but if I had money I’ll have one of every year 🤷🏾♂️ + more 💯💪🏾

Looks great. I admit to not living the luggage rack. I’m not a super fan on canvas tops. It’s looks great on this car , though. A good coke combo I love the pinstripe final detail. I like new looking lights and cornering lights. Chrome wheels look good .

That car is from my area. Western New York. Sold at Keyser Cadillac on Sheridan Dr. Very nice car! Im guessing the owners were from Willamsville or Amherst New York.
Great car, great package, the only thing I'm not fond of is the Northstar engine, with its problems could be an issue as the miles add up.

By 2005 the Northstar engines were perfect. But I would add those GM pellets with each coolant flush.
Do you come across any Buick regals?. 85 to 87 limited. Just can't find any clean ones. Very nice caddy. Well done.
