@@doddy7119 so legit the opposite of what they based there core of this series off of??? It’s Ghost files but food so It’s not a cooking show or food network lol
I’m the one who recommended Lowrider! So happy to see this cookie shop get some love. I’ve had a lot of good cookies over the years, but these are phenomenal. Their cookie flavors are creative yet familiar, and you can tell there’s such high quality and care in each bite. Thrilled the Watcher crew got to enjoy it while in Seattle! 🍪
hey friend, do you have to be on their patreon to be able to recommend things early ?? if i would have known they were coming to seattle i would have simply screamed cried and threw up simultaneously
I’m one of Lowrider’s store managers and thank you SO much for visiting our shop! Almost every shift I eat a Triple Chocolate Chip cookie, so I laughed so much at y’all’s reactions - they’re so good! I actually started working here because I was buying their cookies so often, so I’m so happy you love our cookies ❤
My previous comment got deleted because I didn’t realize I couldn’t comment links while replying to someone’s question, but yes, we have *free* nationwide shipping for those who were asking! It’s on our website (which I can’t link so you’ll have to google it lol)
Today I learned that Ryan is infinitely more offended by Shane's slightly diverging opinions on funny corn than he is by Shane not believing in ghosts and I'm living for it
The concept of these videos are genius. I have immensely enjoyed the chill and buttoned down vibe. I also really love seeing Mari in them. I find her to be a genuine and beautiful addition. The creative cocktails series she did with Rickie was hilarious. I hope to see her more in different shows on the channel. 😊
I wish to inform Shane and Ryan that where I'm from, aka Portugal, it's actually more common to have "funny corn" than the usual popcorn, so much so that I genuinely thought popcorn was usually sweet. Here, we have two choices, salty popcorn (no butter, I've literally never eaten popcorn with butter in my entire life) and sweet popcorn, which is what we eat the most :) at least most people I personally know prefer sweet popcorn and it's quite rare to find someone who likes salty popcorn better, at least from the people I know. You're welcome for that fun fact
Same in Chile! Personally, I had no idea you could have salty popcorn, tho I don't want to assume that's a standard for the country (but you can't get it salty in the cinema, for example)
I can relate to Shane and Ryan eating all of the free food given to them tho lol. College has me feeling like I'm on a quest to squirrel away and live off of as much free food as possible.
i recommend aldis if there's one near you! they have a smaller selection than some of the bigger grocery chains but most of it is great quality, fresh, and really really affordable.
I also really liked Shane goading Mari into trying the cookies also - idk why, but I always love when besties are also close with their bestie's partner. Ryan and Sara have obviously been friends for ages, but I always wondered if Shane ever became close friends with Mari. But it looks like the three of them are having a blast on tour while Sara holds down the fort back home. I love the four of them so much!
I love this series so much - such a cozy vibe. I love all the shows Watcher makes, and everything the boys are in host-mode for, but I am stoked to get this experience of "just hanging out" where everyone can let their hair down a little. Great call on not adding a bunch of music - it's nice to just let the companionable silences ride, punctuated by candid and casual conversation. And getting to see the crew and Mari is awesome!
I don’t know if enough people have been here since season 1 of unsolved to know what I mean, but I absolutely have loved just watching you each grow and become yourselves over these years. It’s truly been great.
I could watch them just hanging out. No budget no effort no nothing just hangin out loke a couple of pals in a company. This is just so cute all around, everyone in it. Such a comfort show already, I hope they keep making these.
😂😋🍿"A thing of Beauty..just dancing in the sunlight."🤣😆 These beloved individuals, can't do no wrong! They don't have to do hauntings, Who done it or the unexplained.. Awesome together.. Again a movie would be spectacular.. Love you guys, you always make my day. Thank you.
This show is so good. I like that it is showing behind the scenes without that being the complete focus! I hope they find a way to contine after the tour, like wild wonderful world pt. 2 or something
With you guys going on tour, it reminded me of a lot of theatre superstitions! Shayne mentioned how he’s been told at every theater so far is haunted which is incredibly common since a large part of the drama scene involves certain superstitions, one of them being that every stage has its own ghost. I think it would be really cool if you guys did an investigation at a large theater sometime and see how that differs from your other investigations!
I love that you guys talked about local farmers market, I swear by Farmers Markets for all my produce, meat and sweets and I have not found any other comparison to farmers markets! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FARMERS MARKET!!!!
Fellow Filipino here and a fan since Buzzfeed Season 1, episode 1! It’s so happy and nice to see the Ghoul boys having their channel and venturing into different genres of videos! So happy to see that you’ve had and enjoyed one of our dishes too! Hope you’ll get to try other Filipino dishes too ❤
I think that’s a legitimately good idea about the salad: have a challenge for the best vegan food in a city. That way you guys can give your arteries a break for a day!
Being Australian and never having heard of Rainier cherries before my mind was blown when Ryan pulls this golden cherry out of a bag!! Wtf! What is this intriguing fairy tale fruit!
I know this show is probably never coming back but I had to stop by and say I watch this episode all the time. It's like...perfect, to me. The meaty-ass rib. The cookies you could buy a house with. The fridge tour. The popcorn train and the highlights of Pike Place Market. This show is just so gorgeously shot and the lowkey vibes are flawless. I hope Food Files comes back-if not, just know that I love this episode. I love it SO MUCH. Thanks for the perfect video.
Ryan and Shane are seriously two of my favorite people and I love how unapologetically real they are even though there’s so much pressure in the creator community to act like you’re perfect in order to attract subscribers.
I was crossing my fingers that they wouldn’t recommend some nonsense food and the first file comes out the gate swinging with Musang, which is one of the best damn restaurants in the city. They deserve all the accolades!
God bless who recommended Kare Kare to the boys !!! Glad the boys love it too Ryan passed the Filipino test, truly 1/8th Filipino From a 100% Filipino Fan in the Philippines :D
You forgot rice on your Kare-Kare, You don’t eat Filipino dishes without rice. It goes with everything. This is my favorite series along with Ghost Files!
5:33 I live near some big cherry farms in the north west and I gotta say that rainier cherries are soooo good. I like to eat a combo of regular and rainier every summer during cherry season.
Beautiful Seattle will always hold a special place in my heart! It makes me happy just to see them happy in these simple and authentic moments, enjoying food and goofing around. 💖
Steven Lim food reviews: This truffle pizza has a good balance of textures and aroma that result in a great final flavour. Ryan and Shane food reviews: Fuck man this is so good. I’m borderline aroused right now
As a Filipino born and raised in the Philippines, Shane pronouncing bagoong as "bah-goo-ng" instead of "bah-go-ong" sent me into a laughing fit so loud it woke my dog.
Mari’s face of astonishment at Ryan’s full on moan is so funny to me lmaooo
I was dying 😭
That was so cute!!
i spat out my water hAHAHAH
the betrayal in her eyes, like he cheated on her with that cookie
i need a gif of that
lord i hope this isnt gonna be a one season show cos this is perfect
SAME
im sure it will, logically speaking they dont need that much budget for this bc they're eating while doing ghost files stuff
I just wish it focused on the food more. And didn't have the in studio narration. Or at least the constant cutting back to the stage.

They looked amazing and the boys reaction tells you how good they are!
LMAO I did that like I started working at Starbucks bc I was buying drinks too often lmao
Why are they concave? I love cookies but most are not great, not cooked right, too greasy, too hard
Mari going from "no no no" to an immediate hard cut to her biting into the cookie was super funny
Mari is so cute approaching the first cookie slowly like a cat 😺
Today I learned that Ryan is infinitely more offended by Shane's slightly diverging opinions on funny corn than he is by Shane not believing in ghosts and I'm living for it
Mari spawning in as soon as the cookies were opened was too freaking cute
as a filipino, i giggled at the way shane pronounced "kare kare" and "bagoong" lol glad y'all liked it, i'm hoping they try more filipino dishes soon!
agreed! lowkey choked on laughter when i realized that shane was trying to say ‘bagoong’
Technically, Spooky Season is this channel’s Christmas and Ryan & Shane are our Santas. Now I get the cookies and milk symbolism.

@LindaC616 Portugal, not spain, I don't know how it is there honestly KAJHS
Buttered salty popcorn is the best, had it whilst being in the States. Now I don’t want it in a different way anymore.

This show should just be called "Watch Ryan and Mari be the absolute cutest," but that's probably too long of a title.
Yessss!!!! Love them!!
i found it extra adorable his insistance that she come try the birthday cake cookie because "she loves sprinkles more than anyone"

I love Ryan's character development, he went from calling Shane daddy and backtracking, to calling him daddy twice in the span of five minutes.
This show is perfect please don’t let it be one season
Watching Ryan have a whole body and spirit experience eating that chocolate chip cookie like, "I'll have what he's having!"
the lizard method of eating is how i consume all my popcorn because i'm a huge germaphobe and hate eating food with my hands
shane's over there reading the ingredient list for the kare kare and ryan's already like halfway through demolishing his dish 😂
i think shane would LOVE a garbage plate in Rochester! if you guys go up there you should try a plate from dogtown!

love the professional analysis of the cherries vs the reactions to the cookies. the duality of man fr
Shane was so excited to give us a fridge tour and I was 1000% here for it
Katie yelling at them about OJ Simpson gives big "Remember what we said about defamation- Steven King and his son are still alive" vibes
Shane not even finishing his own food & just digs into Ryan’s got me giggling 😂
Gecko-ing your popcorn is truly the most fun way to eat it 💯
High contender: lipping it up like a horse eating oats 😂

Okay but I am so validated by Shane being such a big ice in milk enthusiast. Ice in milk is the best, especially when you're eating something sweet
