It takes 3 minutes to buy a cheat. It takes a few hundred hours to be good at Siege. There's a major disparity there, and so some people take the easy route.

13:10 wrong. I bought R6S on Steam and I can't play without Steam running. Everytime I launch R6S through Uplay it starts Steam to start the game. If I uninstall the game and try to reinstall it over Uplay it starts the installation on Steam. If you bought the game on Epic Games, yes, then you don't need the Epic Games Launcher. But if you bought it on Steam you can only install and start it with Steam.
That last one was such a downer. After the lamenting about how quickly we're going through matches because of how obvious they are, the call to chat to please send in non-obvious ones, and the statement of hope that MAYBE, based on the text file, MAYBE the last person wouldn't be obvious, and then within the first few seconds, they blatantly track someone through the map. Just wow. What a sorry state the game is in. No shame in abandoning ship at this point.
I was reading somewhere that there is a massive economy growing from making game cheats. People in poorer countries such as The Philippines make them and sell them for say $60. It's not a lot for people in countries like the US that buy them, but that's tons of money for them.
This has been the only season where I have consistently been placed against cheaters. Most of the cheaters I find are in casual when I'm trying to warmup before ranked and they're so obvious that they're using walls when watching the match replay. Last week I played two casual matches in a row against a trio all using walls and when I went to check their stats, they were only ranked in casual as diamond for this season and had brand new accounts. And they are horrible at aiming, if it weren't for the walls they would be bronze rank because they don't have any map knowledge or situational awareness of any kind.
So there’s actually a second boosted account in match 4, at 30:34 you can see that Uwu was queued with Nativo. which was also in the match. Interesting
I think ubi should add function where you can turn outlines off and on mid replay so you can see what it looks like from a dead teammates pov and see it from the people who are killed by the hacker . like you see something suspicious and watch it with the outline on so learn the moments of the suspicious action and turn off the outline to see of there is any explanation as to how they knew they were there
Pretty much nowadays rainbow six siege is now getting a load of hackers now. It can be anywhere and nobody can't notice. You can only watch match replay in PC but not in console :') sometimes I check the stats on my team and then the enemy team to make sure I'm not qued with cheaters or against cheaters but still they can still hide it no matter what but aye at least you varistygaming is exposing all the cheaters
I am convinced that the Match 2 is a Gold smurf who bought the account. I was in mid gold most of my time playing ranked and saw a LOT of golds that play basically exactly like that. it *is* always possible that it's stolen but I honestly think that's the less likely of the two options
I think when you die, you should be able to see the killcam with your outline in it. It would make it much easier to see if the person is cheating mid game rather than having to go to the replay afterwards
the queued with thing on tracker network only works for pc right now. when you add the */queued-with* link part to a console player link it appears but the tables are just empty.

im currently below level 50 and ive already managed to encounter a cheater. it was only an unlock all, but still, crazy that its possible for me to have played my first ever game against a cheater.
I dont have the match but I have played recruit in ranked before after they removed it from ranked and Id assume the banned operator playing works similarly. The way this is done is you have the cheapest purchase of siege with less than 5 or maybe it was five operators and then you vote ban some. Then have all you friends pick the remaining ops. Since you dont have an operator it forces you into recruit. It was fun for a guy like me who just has fun in ranked.
There is one bug that i experienced few times where I can't access any of the ops and any cosmetics and if you go into ranked or unranked you can play as recruit

He was frost the first 3 defensive rounds and captiao the attack round… he could shoot through reinforced walls and castle doors like he was maverick, he was tracking players and his gun was 1 shot… smh they dont even try to hide it anymore
i think they guy who “stole the account” just started playing when they were young. quit siege to play other fps games and got better. then came back to siege

I submitted the match. When I watched the replay I thought I caught him in the first match when he tried to shoot through the reinforced wall while the attackers were planting. Kinda sad Varsity missed that bit. After that though I didn’t see any evidence of cheating so I started to think it was just a coincidence.
Ubisoft needs to start Perm Banning Hardware info instead of just accounts. Had an old friend start cheating. His aim isn't super good but its decent. His main account got banned for cheating and said he wasn't cheating. So he bought a new account and was able to play again. It wasn't until the 2nd game that i seen him playing funny. Then i watched reply and he was tracking people through the walls. Last time i played with him. But i see him playing quite a bit while cheating. He just keeps buying a new account.
i have over 40 hours on pc siege and ive still only seen 1 hacker and they used the hack to join my lobby, hackers are way less common in low tier and casual but they still exist there
That isn't only client sided. That is called bullet manipulation. When you shoot the cheat will create a new vector toward the enemy's head/middle of your screen but you still control the aim but the cheat have higher priority setting variables.

im pretty sure you cant start siege on uplay when you bought it from steam because a smurf of mine is on steam and i have to start the game from steam it wont let me start it from uplay but i dont have to log in uplay so you would just need the steam account

Interesting idea but I do think people over react a lot when they die so could lead to a lot of false reports
with the last match I nearly choked on my food laughing because of how fast the hacks were obvious after all the build up
