  • This is a long discussion with Jesse of Witches Hammer about the Blasphemy documentary that he's working on among other topics. This was supposed to be Jesse interviewing me, but we ended up having a long conversation instead. Some of this will probably end up in the Blasphemy documentary that he's currently working on.

In September 2023 i had a motorbike accident and fractured my left femur and fukked my knee, im still recovering physically but mentally I'm destroyed because little before and after that i had to deal with a lot of bad events in a row, kinda lost my way of life because before all of this sheit i was mentally solid, took cold showers, hanged out often and can really say i enjoyed life and considered myself a well grounded person, but now i just stay in my house all day living like a failed person, constantly crying in the nights thinking, about death and even exiting the game. The only things that prevent me from doing that is my relatives and my love for music. I think it's time to reborn again, get some balls and do something for my body, I've never been so lowest in life but im done with that, i let the negative lyrics took control of my situation and left me stagnated. As you guys said, time to take the good things of music and channel its power to do something positive, because at this pace ill die. I'll mark this comment as an evidence for my future. Thanks YK and Jesse for this positive talking, came for blasphemy and left inspired. Cheers from Mexico

Great conversation - and apart from Blasphemy, other facts and themes referred were really great.
I'm really looking forward for the documentary.

I used to stress about politics and nothing changes. I stopped stressing and the only thing that changed was my stress level went down. I think both sides are in on the goal of making you focus on the bad and being miserable.

I was shocked to learn a couple years ago that Blake was in Blasphemy, as we were in the same combined grade 1-3 class for one year. The same childhood friend who mentioned this has a friend who knew Blake from either a juvenile detention centre or alternative high school, but I have no idea if they are still in contact. Blake's younger brother Paul went to the same elementary school and neighbouring high school in Kerrisdale/Shaughnessy. The openers for Blasphemy's 90s New York Theatre show (on Commercial Drive in East Vancouver) were Process and Tumult. Later I learned that Disciples of Power connection with Process and that Kelly was in Tumult.

I was a skater back on the 80s/90s when it was all hardcore punk and metal. Every skater was into aggressive music.

Id really like to see this documentary. My buddy bought Blasphemy Fallen Angel of Doom back in 90 and we knew nothing about them. Over 30 years later and outside of the music they've recorded I really know nothing about them.

I don't like new Kreator, but it's good they keep putting out music. Fans go to the shows thereby circulating monies, fans dig deeper and find labels like NWN, and nothing wrong in earning a paycheck earlier.
