I used to watch your videos back in 2008/2009 back when, I was quite young myself. When you made your hoverboard video, I genuinely believed it was a real hoverboard and I got so jealous and I didn't understand why I couldn't make one that flies like yours. Cool you are still around on youtube!
Im currently making a Raspberry Pi smart cat feeder. Whenever the cat comes to the bowl and rings the bell, it recognizes the cat using the camera and fills the correct bowl. Im currently making some restrictions, like for example each cat can have only 3 big meals per day (BF, lunch and dinner) they can ring for the big meals only at certain time, otherwise they get only 1 piece as a reward. I even want to implement another function, when the cat rings for food and another cat eats it, the cat will get banned for 1 meal.
@@rampage2410 Maybe.... But I have better ideas than making a cat feeder. I've been thinking of making a small RC car with an "autopilot." A camera and a simple python script to look for 2 white lines to dodge and stay in between them.
holy crap, Parker you look way better now. you had a lot of us worried in the last video you made on this channel, but now you look a lot better. Glad to see you're back
So I am completely ignorant so your experience would be appreciated. I was wondering if you know if you can hook up multiple motors to the micro controller? Say I wanted to set up five different feeders on the same board. I could just set them up on one motor and have a long stick that opens multiple doors, but I'd like to know some other options.
Do you have a schematic diagram of the wiring done? you cut the video before completely finishing the assembly process, also I'm using a slightly different board and cant see one of the sides you are connecting wires to. Also the full code with any Libraries needed.
So, as the third comment, can you honor this by making a new intro themed like the old ones (old music included) for the first episode of every month, you know, for nostalgic purposes. I can't possibly be the only one who thinks that would be awesome.
It is a lot easier when you do already have a smart home client running, for ex. openHAB oder Home Assistant. So you just need a ESP8266 and the server and the signal can be sent by your Home Client.
I was curious to see how the closing mechanical part works. Most of the time there are hard food balls and they could stuck the stepper motor to close (go home location).
Ehh, im trying to create the same thing.. but i wonder why u never get the servo stuck??? when the servo goes to 90 degrees and then goes back, its possible there is something stuck..
man I miss you uploading a lot. been watching for years, always wanted to make your sniper rifle, but for some reason i haven't done it yet. i used to always watch new videos but you stopped uploading for so long! also this reminds me of Doc Brown's automatic dog feeder from BTTF lol
hey Parker, I have a light switch in my house that is extremely hard to reach, I want to set up an Arduino to make it easier to turn off and on, do you know how I should do it?
Hey, my friend, I'm very interested in your project. You could pass the programming code and schematic diagram of connections that you used, since I have to do a similar project, if you can help me, I'd appreciate it, my friend ....
Whoa, Its so weird watching TH-camrs grow. I watched your tutorials all the time back sometime around 2010. I was all about building those fake security cameras.
you should include the link to the board that you got by mistake, or remake the video with the actual board you are advertising. Otherwise this video is very unprofessional.
what's the problem with it? some people just want to make this project and don't know how to programm. Btw very stupid using "third world" as an insult

Haha I love making TH-cam videos! I'm glad that you're still a viewer :)
Hey mate
I'm currently doing a systems and engineering project and this video has gave me a multitude of ideas and really helped me out thank you !

@@2000jago I don't think that an ESP would have enough power to recognize the face.
That's soo coool. Would you show us or like send a like or something
@@rampage2410 Sadly, I abandoned the project and moved it over to my friend because of my poor designing.
@@jonny11bonk ohh I see... It's a great idea. Maybe one day you can have another go at it

I've been watching since 2011, you and the quality of your vids changed so much.
I used to watch you videos when I was younger that was like 7 years ago
where can i find the code for this?
holy crap, Parker you look way better now. you had a lot of us worried in the last video you made on this channel, but now you look a lot better. Glad to see you're back
Thanks for watching MrFantasticr! I'm really happy to be back and healthy :)
I haven't seen this channel in years OMG
FINALLY A TUTORIAL ON TH-cam

hey just came across this video did you ever figure it out I'm looking for them also
Really great tutorial. Can you make a link to the code
You are supporting adafruit!!
Cats are pretty cool!
popiy80 PREACH IT! 🔥🔥🔥🔥👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Please give the code link
Omg your cat looks just like mine!!
I loved the vid, Parker! I've been watching you for years! :D It's good to see you're back :)
Thanks for watching :) I'm also glad to be back!!
why the code is not shared here? where can i find it.
This is perfect for my school project
Could you make the arduino code available please? It would be greatly appreciated.
frank newtown hey any chance you found or made the code and willing to share it with me?
Look at my comment I have it
@@The2AmInventor excuse me but where can I find your comment , I cannot see it

I like this idea....!
Glad your back
Is there a link for the arduino code and a schematic?
Can we use DS3231 instead of the clock you used in the video?

Very nice.Share all written details including coding
Hi! I like the video so much! can I borrow the code that you use? thank you!
do you have a link for the code ? thanks. nice video also
Can you send a link for the code?

is the code still available
Send detailed information link
The servo motor link is dead, can you give it again please ?
The link for the Servo Motor isn't working. What was the specific product name?
Hi sir , firstly I want to say that this project was superb. Can i have the coding so, I can apply at my house thanks 😊
perfect for my cats
Really cool project!

Thanks for still watching :)
I like it. What servo did you use? Does it need to be high torque? (your servo link is broken)
PCF8532 should be PCF8523 in the description (the last 2 digits are mixed)
Finally, my Degree in Mechatronics are useful. To feed cats...
You could use character lcd
Hi! May I know what model of the servo that you use because the link in the description is already not found. Thanks in advance :)
Where’s is the code ??
hey Parker, I have a light switch in my house that is extremely hard to reach, I want to set up an Arduino to make it easier to turn off and on, do you know how I should do it?
They sell outlet enclosures that can be controlled by a smartphone! I would think about "switch"ing out your switch with one of these.

Nice electronics but this box is so bad made xD
what if it overfills`?
That's a possibility! I tried to make mine to dispense a certain amount at the same time daily.
I remeber watching this kiddo when his channel was first starting out,he was like the age I am today
can i have the program ?
Hey Parker can you teach us to make a replica mp5 sub machine gun?
i love it! thank u dude :D
I need code please
Someone has the code?

YOU SHOULD MAKE ONE WITH ADAFRUIT METRO M0
I have one of these
Where the code?
hey , can i have the code for my school :'')
hi
I signed up for software engineering, but my teacher gave me an Arduino lesson. What to do?!
but it looks MUCH better
no test film
Can control with BLYNK app?
gotta do something, cat keeps waking me at 5 am for her first feeding, it is making me very cranky...
Hi, you can send the sketch for my email?
Welp this took a long time.
Can i have the for this plss?

Thought you left forever tbh
Ya thought wrong! tbh :)
