How to install a pass light switch for all scooters | Honda Activa 3g

So today i have installed a pass light switch in my honda activa 3g
I have replaced my original switch with tvs jupiter switch as it has the feature of pass light
As pass light is an important feature while driving on highways and the many company dont provide this feautre due to budjet issues
This switch i have bought it for 140rs
YOU CAN DO IT ON ANY SCOOTERS AS MOSTLY ALL HAVE THE SAME WIRING

Installed this pass light switch its works fine.
I combined your three projects into one. By using less material.
Pass switch, battery headlight / speedometer lights and engine kill switch.
Used the TVS Jupiter pass switch made by UNO Minda company same as TVS original cost Rs.90 wiring is same.
From ignition switch took a single electrical 18 AWG wire close to the speedometer and connected the pass switch power, head light & meter lights to the same wire through a connector to avoid running more cables to ignition switch. 1 cable instead of 3
Then the old dipper switch I installed on the right hand matching the pass switch position. Used the high beam wires connections for kill switch wiring. Put red sticker O for on and X for off.

lekin ek request hai bhai Honda Activa's ki jo stock headlight hai vo bht hi low hai...raat me bht problem hti hai...like sabhi owners se mene suna hai ki unki Activa 3g ki bht low light hai uske liye...sasta or tikau tareeqa batao or kese krnah ai video bhi banao. :)

aisa lagta hai jese hai hi nahi headlight :D ...mene change bhi krke dekhli dusri UNO MINDA HS1 bulb hai my friend has an Honda twister uske pass bhi yehi bulb hai usmey tou itni achi jalti hai tezz..lekin mere me almost same hi hai but 20% to 30% better hai philips ki stock headlight se.
Mene Jupiter ki dekhi hai bht achi or bright jalti hai ye problem sirf Activa me hi hai shayad.. mene ek mechanic ko dikhaya he said ki bhai iske coil weak hain...ye saaley alag chutiya hty hain aby brand new gaadi me kyun hngy coil weak?? -_-

I am very very glad to contact with you sir... I have to tell you that , the pass switch of tvs Jupiter you have installed is for Rs.140/- and I have installed it in only for Rs 99/-only. I have fitted it at my home itself.... Please check for the same... I have also installed genuine tvs Jupiter pass switch but buyed it only for 99Rs from Nagpur which have valid bar code and genuine sealmark...I have fitted it in my activa 125 2016 model. Its really works and it is really beneficial at nights or busy roads. Thanks. Please check for the same in Mumbai.. it may be fraud.... Thanks for your inspirational videos.....

But I am owning the YAMAHA Ray ZR 2017 model which does not have AHO and Pass Light features.
I wanted to install
1)Parking Light
2)AHO - Direct connection from battery
3)Pass light in RAY ZR model.
Can you please help me with few questions below :-
1. Is it possible to install parking light in headlight?
2. How to on the headlight when vehicle is started and speedometer light when ignition switch is on?
3. Does TVS Jupiter headlight switch with pass light feature fits in YAMAHA RAY ZR model?
4. Is battery gets affected or shelf life is shorten by doing all above?
It will be very helpful for me if you provide these info.

@jhampa66 Got the Jupiter pass switch installed on my Yamaha Ray Z after watching your video. Didn't do it myself got it done from my mech along with other things like a charger installation, security alarm, and hazard lights connection. etc. I always missed the pass switch option while riding the Rayz but now thanks to your video, its installed. Dear Jhampa! Thank you very much earlier i have seen a method using hero duet's switch but it was directly connected to battrey and can be used without key i.e. using ignition , your method is better as it uses ignition switch too so you have to switch scooter on with key in order to use any pass light
I installed my switch with the help of my mechanic who has 30+ years of experience, he connected my +ve wire with the brake light wires which have + 12 v current coming from battrey and you won't have to open your front cowl. It's working very sexy and i totally love it

Good idea. But only problem is if u connect that pass light extended wiring to ignition socket as had been said in vedio to the positive terminal in ignition then even after the vehicle is turned off and vehicle is locked yet on press of pass light switch light will still glow. So only small change to be made is need to find out any wire which is coming from battery and connect it to that wire by sleeving it instead of connecting it to ignition socket.... Cheers but a very good idea which practically works fine :-)

But ek hi problem hai k ignition off hone par bhi pass light operating hoti hai.
Koi aisa connection batao jis se jab ignition ON ho tabhi pass light operates ho.
