Your impression of the last 3 months will be calculated. If you had 4m impression in January, 250k in February and 250k in March, it equals 4.5m impressions. Check the bottom of the promo page or sides. They redesign these pages often. But write them directly and they will respond. They want you to spend that promo money on them. Good luck.

Twitter and stripe pay in local currency unlike TH-cam that pays in dollars. The money has bounced back to stripe. You have to create another payment info with your local bank details on your stripe platform and then main that your main account before you can be paid.
