What did they say exactly? Phone verification hardly takes more than 2 weeks as long as you don't keep changing things on your profile. Twitter pays to naira account. You need to request before the pay to dom account. It's a longer process. Just use Naira account. To avoid stress.

Definitely. Views from your comments on other people's post count for you. When I got monetized, my personal posts don't get up to 100 views but my comments in other people's post was getting hundreds of thousands of views.
