the "redeclared as different kind of symbol" error happens because there are two different libraries with the same name, "DS3231", one by andrew wickert and the other one by Korneliusz Jarzebski. this last one is used in the present video. uninstall the other one (which is much more popular and available at the online repository).
In your video DS3231 is in black and clock in red and when I paste the program in the arduino id DS3231 clock appears to me; in red and that is where the error appears in the 4 programs.

I have seen that an Indian uploaded a video in TH-cam, he thought that he is the king of that particular project. He didn't respond and quewary asked to him & here's the difference between an Indian youtuber and other countries youtuber. First an Indian always hides some tricks for a project he uploaded and other countries youtuber is not type that.
The project is quite remarkable and attractive one but friends be aware you will not get any help from the author of this project. I have a practical experience regarding this. If you are master in coding then it's ok but if you don't know coding there it's quite difficult to make the project successful. Actually the coding of the project must hided by the author. If you are new one in this then don't go for it.

just delete the line that says "DATE AND TIME" or smth like that
Using your Design2 but when I load the sketch it does not pick up the correct time and date. It shows Monday, Jan 1st 2000 00...Hrs
Never mind, I worked it out and time is all working now.

Check if ds3231 module is working fine and the cell which is used for ds3231 is new one
