Thank you for your videos, most helpful. I've been given a 350 to look at as the trigger is taking about 20 Lbs. to actuate. *I've cleaned it, it was bad, but I can't see a problem. Any thoughts on what I should look for? Thanks, Billy in Canada, Cheers
I have such a machine. I have the red, yellow and green rounds with it. That are the type that are suitable according to the manual. I got black rounds today which do fit. I didn't use them. Is it save to use these round also or are they to heavy for this machine?
what a friend! I have a question. I have a Hilti DX35 gun when I put pressure on if it shoots, and when I put the thumbs of fulminant no longer shoots, that you suggest? Thank you very much for your answer. Sorry for you do not understand much use the Google Translator ...
Is there a link for the Hilty DX two for disassembly and reassembly or even a diagram showing the sequence of assembly for all pieces inside the housing body?
I don't disagree with that but I operate on the cheap and don't have the best equipment. I hadn't intended to do any videos like this but it was suggested that I do them without extra content, making it has short as possible. The person who suggested it has commented that he had looked for service videos before and they always seem to have more information than needed. I believe the proper quote was"Just tell me how to do it not why I need to do it." Anyway, I guess I can try to add other videos that are more detailed.
I understand your friends comment, some people do like to drone on and on. I have two DX 350's, both were caught in a recent flood here and were submerged for a day or so. I have them all cleaned up but there is something wrong with the trigger mechanisms. Your video is the only one here that goes into dismantling a DX350. I have a definite skillset when it comes to mechanical things but whenever internal springs are involved I lose my advantage. Thanks for responding and the video. It did give me some insight.
I'm not sure if I understand but apparently you are having an issue with the pin going into concrete. I suggest checking the piston ring for damage and also make sure you are pulling the barrel out all the way. this rests the piston for the next shot.
you saved my boyfrined's life! thank you very much! sending love from Brazil!
Absolute life saver
Thank you! only video out there for assembly

Look at the trigger for any crack that might cause it to bend under pressure.
Great video, very helpful! Thank you

Great video on the reassembly you saved the day . Thanks

Not that I know of but from the outside it looks to be of the same design as the DX-350, just upgraded into a new skin.
It would of been a great idea to film if you actually showed up close how to do the disassembly and assembly.

I have an idea that might work out just give me some time.
A more detailed video has been posted. Link in the description box.
