hey hamza first of all i wanna say thankyou for everything
I remember exactly one year ago when i joined university, I was just a weirdo, afraid of strangers, not talking to anyone, just imagining everything in my head and never taking any action. I discovered your channel about two years ago but i was just watching without taking any actions. You gave a spark of direction. I realized that i needed to change.
If you were not there maybe i would have improved myself. Now i am trying to improve myself, whenever i feel down i just think about my old self and say to myself, You have come this far and you had a worse phase of life, don't let that old self come over again.
    THankyou 🙂

Watching your videos was the first time I was introduced to the idea that I could actually change the trajectory of my life. When I was 15, I was addicted to porn, video games, and junk food. I was super insecure about myself and my physique, and struggled to socialize for a long time. However, listening to the confidence you had in yourself, and the advice you shared on leaving behind bad habits like the ones I indulged in seriously pushed me to change my life. I am now 17, and still on the journey to leave behind my bad habits completely, and focus on building a successful future. I have had great improvements in my physique, self-esteem, and confidence as a result of listening to your previous advice and applying it in my real life, especially when I was afraid to do so. Thank you so much Hamza, you are one of my greatest Heroes who showed me the possibility of becoming a great man like I want to be today.

I started watching hamza almost an year ago and his videos were the reason i started self improvement....after 4 months or so i was at the best I've ever been and then for some reason i stopped watching him...and all the progress i had made over those months felt useless because I suddenly felt like i did not even improve and all my bad habits came back to me...I felt like a loser...but we all have to keep going at every situation...and now im trying to be on my best again... And you are helping me a lot hamza!!!

    Sorry for my bad english
Thank you Hamza thanks to your videos I change from being the little wierd fat videogamer to a guy that is in good shape from wearing size L to size S dosen't play videogames and very confident
The event that really made realize how much I have changed is
Like 1 month ago I was on a dance activity on my school and the prof send my and a girl to go ask for a speaker on the way I was talking with her and when we got to the door I said go ask for it and she said no I'm shy go you because you are THE confident guy
and men when she said that I wen't crazy inside my brain like I felt that the work I have been puting in for 2 year was worth it and I remember all the times my friend said the same and I felt realized.

Hamza, brother. I was asked to write this, because of privacy: I have been getting a good friend hooked on your videos, because he as well as me needs it. This week we’ve been working at a Festival together (12 hour shifts) and this beautiful bastard pulls the cutest girl against all odds given he’s early on in self improvement. This guy was able to be pure of heart until he hit 31 and has Yes-manned himself to great experiences all his life, enjoying them in a naive way, but has been very lucky to avoid children and has only done short time for illegally possessing g*ns. His early release terms included therapy, but he went above and beyond because your videos inspired him. I’ve never seen a victimhood mentality be so completely eradicated this fast ever. He asked me to thank you for helping him

Hamza, post a video implanting positive thoughts into peoples minds. Like 10 minutes of small progresses people have probably done today or encouragement do do them. It's gonna be harder for the newbie to implant them everyday then just to put on a video for 10 minutes. Eventually they'll do it themsleves.

@@kn-ki4637 Great for you bro. But theare are people who waste their time on things like this. They just binge-watch self improvment videos. I hope you get what I mean.
Anyways, I also like watching videos like this. But make shure its not a addiction and your taking action and using advice from them. 👊

Quitting nicotine after 10 years of use. It’s been hell to form thoughts with a brain that’s constantly dedicating a fraction of my bandwidth toward my next hit. I am deeply unhappy with the current trajectory of my current status, and I have a hunch being in the addiction mindset is a root cause of many flaws in my current system. If I could see my 14 year old self when he took that first hit, I’d tell him that if he lets the dopamine have control, he will lose $750,000 in opportunity cost. I’m sure most guys on this channel already know better, but I hope this comment contributed to at least one person getting some clarity about who they surround themselves with.
