I do NOT agree that would be bad for the game if ur deck is good you can even catch wins going second against meta decks instead of just sitting for 10 turns watching your opponent unable to do anything the game is meant to be a back and forth stun makes the game unbearable
3 things: Its better to use fusion trishula cause it can use any 3 monsters with different names. The others have very situational tributes. 3 Solemn strikes is too much because you won't have enough life points to use it, iron thunder is the best replacement, same cost as judgement, negates anything on field except summons and destroys all enemy cards in front of it. Snatch steal is better than countdown, it can be used at anytime and you can do anything you want with the controlled monster
Imo, Stun is a waste of time to play. It's not an "Anti Meta" deck, It's a deck that prevents your opponent from playing period, regardless of what deck they are playing. Not only that, it doesn't help you grow as a duelest, is a near auto lose when going second, and you aren't likely to ever even make it master 1 unless you get very lucky with both your coin flips and draws.
@@DiogoPimenta-d6p you don't see many omni negates. Most decks are only able to put 1, maybe 2 omnis tops. I get it if you don't want to expand beyond "Normal summon, set 4, pass." I was the same way when I first started out, it's easy wins when the other person literally cannot play, and you feel some kind of way beating a "meta" deck playing a non competitive deck. But it's like I said, Stun doesn't let you grow as a duelist. You don't learn anything from its play style, and you aren't likely to go very far with it.
@@aLousyBum83 I had my fair share of first turn boards with 3 or even 4 omni negates, it's not that rare. And man I swear to god while that is nostalgic and still enjoyable, I'm more than fine with expansion and even a few summons but nowadays it's just unbearable, no balance at all just ridiculous. I turn the game on to have a good time and at times ended up rage quitting past half an hour without barely having a turn for myself. Say what you will but none of that is fun, and hardly more bearable than stun which is actually a pretty basic game mechanic that exists and can be abused in most games regardless. I agree it doesnt really evolve your game much but hey the way the game is right now I'm just fine being rogue, its not that I can't do or didn't understand most things meta players do with their endless combos its not rocket science even tho it sure as hell felt like it at first, I just find it extremely dull and time consuming and not just for me lol for every part envolved
Oh and when they aren't omni negates it's other toxic crap like yubel horus or fire kings that take infinite time and just keep spazing the same thing over and over again. Hell I don't even hate them, but when over 75% plays the same dozen of decks its just unbearable
stun will never die Konami should just hit the combo cards more instead of only effecting the stun players
Agreed

I think Konami should ban all stun cards that lock us and hit the meta and ftk decks.
@@JRPGGamer598 ok but even if they did people would still play stun. So this argument is invalid
@@JRPGGamer598 stun sucks balls
stun cards are like cockroaches. You stamp out one or two and you immediately notice a few others escaping beneath the fridge.
😆 🤣

Just like most meta omni negate decks prevent anything from being played correctly, except they take 15 minutes instead of 2. Next
