- This is my go-to TWA styling technique. I'd say it's a combination of shingling and finger coiling. I've been using this exact method for years and it hasn't failed me yet! Watch all the way through for my tips on what I've learned over the years about styling my natural hair. Great tutorial. You confirmed some on the methods I’ve been experimenting with. I go back and forth between the way that I style my hair. Now that I know that a blow dryer will allow the style to last longer, I’ll be sure to incorporate it more often.

I really enjoyed your video...I just don't like sleeping with wet hair because it makes my body cold at night. Almost like the Green House Effect.
