I understand your concern about the building's structure. However, every job I do follows strict safety and building standards. I always ensure that no load-bearing walls are affected. Thank you for your concern and for watching my channel!
yeah .. he removed at least one load bearing column for sure, but he rebuilt them , ,looks like instead of horizontal 8" wide walls he rebuilt them vertical 2-2.5" bricks for the walls saving 4" per side? so increasing the living space.. and probably re-designing the space for better feng shui ? maybe?
Wow ! Besides the load bearing walls and the off kilter brick laying this man has some serious design talent when it comes to furniture and fixtures. Brilliant.
I had the same response. The fact that he did it, they did it. Is a testament to their abilities. Well done(and it wasn't done for a 100 dollars... smiling)
Genius indeed, what a bloody brilliant result. Everything is amazing but my personal favourite is the door knobs and locking system, so creative and beautiful. Lets not forget about the assistant, she worked so hard also and they make a great team. Thank you for letting us into your beautiful creation. Be Happy and Healthy always in your lovely home. Stay well. 💚🐝
I'm watching this, shaking my head. He's tearing down walls without any concern for load bearing walls or headers or anything!! First time someone falls against a wall, the whole thing comes down!!
Thank you for your concern! We always adhere to safety and structural standards when carrying out our work. Before removing any column, we conduct thorough inspections and ensure it is not a primary load-bearing part of the building. Thank you for your concern and for watching my channel!
Amazing work, talk about a man that can do everything! Your wife worked hard as well. loved the bed and the furniture. The attention to detail and neatness is to be admired. You knocked down every wall, but made that open plan apartment very classy, loved it all. Loved the remote control blinds as well as the lighting you put in. Very good bathroom too loved the way you covered the glass wall for modesty. But there is no way the materials only cost $100. It doesn't matter what you spent to be honest, I assume you put that in the title to attract more views. Well done, brilliant work, lovely apartment.
It could if he already had the supplies r owned his business. However $100 isn't much but we need to take his word 4 that. It's amazing work. The craftsmanshio, the little details just amazing. He's a very gifted person. His helper was right in there assisting. Awesome work
Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts! I’m so glad to know that you appreciate the craftsmanship and details in my work. Indeed, the support and trust from all of you are the greatest motivation for me to keep improving. My team is also amazing, and I’m very grateful for their support. Thank you for following and supporting my channel!
he certainly is a genius. I was shocked when I saw all those walls coming down. Are there no building codes and inspections? Here in Georgia USA, we have building codes and inspections for everything. i'm really surprised he was allowed to change the outside doors. I imagine that looks odd from the outside with all the other apartments the same except his. They did a fantastic job. that was a ton of work! Wonder how long it took them?
It is a foreign country. We have no idea the cost of living or how and where he got supplies . what bothered me was the wall being torn down what about support walls?
I'm sorry for all of you that think those were load bearing walls without paying attention to what they were made of and the fact that they weren't attached to anything.
My husband and I literally built our 4 bedroom home so I know the rules and hard work that goes into a project so congratulations on their work but would still be worried about legalities of some of ut
19:07 destroying a structural wall. Can't believe this, after you'll be crying because with an earthquake the building'll fell's, this is a good reason why it happens!!!
Load bearing walls are obviously not an issue? Even with a laser some of those newly built walls were not straight. I'm a little concerned, for the actual stability of that apartment. It's all hard work, none the less.
This guy needs to be wearing eye protection when he is sanding and especially when he is grinding metal. I wonder about the load bearing walls being removed also.
He did put the walls back he wanted to do the pipes for heat n electricity before putting walls back up.but he did this with no inspection to see if he needed permits. But he's probably in another country.
This isn't an 'old country home'. It's a multi-level apartment in a complex. Yes, renovation costs in China are much lower than in the U.S. Did this cost a mere $100 for demo, walls, floors, ceilings, windows, lighting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating, furniture & finishing? Only in someone's wet dream.
It looks like he ignored structural rules and just knocked down whatever he wanted. I hope he hasn't altered the structural integrity of both his appartment and the rest of the building. I would be requesting an engineers report
So was everything else free and used material, because it anit no way he only paid $100, U.S or his country. I saw alot of cement, glass doors, alot of tiles. What did he pay for?
Unless I'm missing something and he's actually a licensed structural engineer, I hope he's saved some of that "$100" to re-install all the load bearing walls after his neighbors and/or the building department see this. Oh, and he might want to hire an attorney. Just my opinion.
No wonder when earth quakes come their buildings crumble. No reinforcing steel and the brick work is crooked with gaps. Bricks are made to lay one way not back and forth flat then on edge. Even the existing concrete tile walls are suspect. Sorry good effort but you could never pay me enough to live there😢😢😢
Insane. That whole dang building is going to collapse. He pulled out every structural wall in the unit. I hope he's on the top floor!
Not only destroy old structures but also create a new structure by his own way.. 😱😱😱😱😱😱
So pity others owners
Was thinking the same thing! Load-bearing walls galore. I was also hoping he's on the top floor but what about the roof?!
@rubyruby6358 mee too. I was thinking the same thing. The foundations are gone. I hope it's safe and yes, I hope his on the top floor.
Would hate to be a family living below him
I understand your concern about the building's structure. However, every job I do follows strict safety and building standards. I always ensure that no load-bearing walls are affected. Thank you for your concern and for watching my channel!
Oh my arent those load bearing walls?
yeah .. he removed at least one load bearing column for sure, but he rebuilt them , ,looks like instead of horizontal 8" wide walls he rebuilt them vertical 2-2.5" bricks for the walls saving 4" per side? so increasing the living space.. and probably re-designing the space for better feng shui ? maybe?
@@tribalncgaming1091 cool.
WOW what a fabulous job, but when I saw all the those wall's come down😲, oh my goodness.
Load-bearing walls taken down?!😮
That’s so Big mistake
So pity the others owner
The building structure not as strong as usual 😱😱😱
Wow ! Besides the load bearing walls and the off kilter brick laying this man has some serious design talent when it comes to furniture and fixtures. Brilliant.
The bed frame with the ball feet is amazing 🤩! The place turned out fabulous, but the building methods are unreal and scary.
Dear God. That cannot be safe.
How could any of those walls not be load bearing?
Taking down all these walls what’s holding up the building? I want to see the kitchen
It’s a beautiful job. However, there’s absolutely NO WAY he did that for $100.
I had the same response. The fact that he did it, they did it. Is a testament to their abilities. Well done(and it wasn't done for a 100 dollars... smiling)
And it’s not a cottage
He spent 100's of dollars if not thousands on the supplies.
yea right. maybe.. a thousand
Not sure why the caption said he spent $100 there is no way he spent that amount.
How does he know what is not a load bearing wall?
I don’t see how some of those walls weren’t load bearing so I definitely wouldn’t use the word “genius” to describe this guy
I can say..What so stupid I’ve ever seen..
He destroyed the old baring structure and create a new one on his own way OMG. 😱 😱😱😱
Genius indeed, what a bloody brilliant result. Everything is amazing but my personal favourite is the door knobs and locking system, so creative and beautiful. I'll say one word: GENIOUS!!!!!
Correction- genius man and woman renovate apartment. Lol. Astounding work! Congratulations 🎉
why is he removing the column which may be part of the structural frame of the building.. which means it carry the building load
Big mistake indeed...
I'm watching this, shaking my head. He's tearing down walls without any concern for load bearing walls or headers or anything!! First time someone falls against a wall, the whole thing comes down!!
So idiots idea
because he is chinese and all he know is how to not build anytzhing. look at their awful constructions. tofu-houses
Thank you for your concern! We always adhere to safety and structural standards when carrying out our work. Before removing any column, we conduct thorough inspections and ensure it is not a primary load-bearing part of the building. Thank you for your concern and for watching my channel!
Wow! Stunning. No way that cost only one hundred dollars. Very talented, many skills this young man has. Enjoyed it.
I loved what you guys did.
Congratulations and regards from Brazil ❤
Insanely talented!

Looks beautiful and has excellent craftsmanship but hope it doesn't collapse without the load beating collum and walls.
A true craftman! Great editing too!
What a talented couple !😊
Inspirational.
I think he knows what he is doing, he is a pro

Very cool Apartment guys, well done..... looks really great 👌👍✅
Wow great job
So many materials , can not be done for 100 $ !!!!!! ???
Your amazing

Permits? Inspections??
That is awesome ❤
Gee I guess there aren’t any earthquakes here
There are earthquakes. What they don’t have are building codes…
WOW...🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
The cost of the cement and piping alone would be $100....
Crazy! What about load bearing walls!
Uouououo he really is a genius
He can do everything in this world 👏👏👏🫣🫣🫣🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️
Removing all those..WOuldn't it affect the foundation of building?
This man is so talented I can’t even get my husband to cut the grass. Beautiful job wish you all happiness ye deserve it.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Wow!
Heck no, he didn't do that for under $100! A few zeros are missing.
It is a foreign country. We have no idea the cost of living or how and where he got supplies . what bothered me was the wall being torn down what about support walls?
No wiring or plumbing in the walls
$100 goes a very long way where this young man lives!

A hundred dollars in dump fees perhaps!!!
it is not in usa, dude... another currency 😅

😅😅😅😅 now we know why those buildings be collaspimg "mysteriously" as people be claiming.... tore down all them structural load bearing walls
Can you show the interior design of the whole apartment
Brick-laying skills taught by Lego-land drop out - sheesh!
Beautiful 🥰... NO KITCHEN OR LIVING ROOM??🤔
Eu não ficaria nesse prédio, o cara é louco, o que é isso?
si tiembla ya sabemos por que se cayó el edificio!!!
How is it that the top part of the walls didn’t collapse on him?
Load bearing walls are obviously not an issue? Even with a laser some of those newly built walls were not straight. I'm a little concerned, for the actual stability of that apartment. It's all hard work, none the less.
Yeah I don't think even less than $1000.
Do you own your apartments?
The cost of this is an absolute lie and click bait. It also looks awfully dangerous with some of those walls being taken down. Looks cool i guess.
I was thinking the same thing
You need to replace ac/heat units.
How would he know if the walls are baring???
This guy needs to be wearing eye protection when he is sanding and especially when he is grinding metal. I wonder about the load bearing walls being removed also.
He did put the walls back he wanted to do the pipes for heat n electricity before putting walls back up.but he did this with no inspection to see if he needed permits. But he's probably in another country.
The blue board alone cost a couple hundred dollars And the new electrical.
Is this place going to be structurally sound? It looks as tho he’s removing some load bearing walls?
Why does he improve the owner's asset at his own expense?
For everyone saying, "No way that cost 100"..... $100 USD is just over 2.5 million VND, and supplies are cheaper.
Yikilan duvarlarda hiç demir yok,o bina celik kullanilmadan nasil ayakta durabilir
Se tiver um terremoto todas estas paredes com péssima amarração e alinhamento vai cair sobre eles. Deus os proteja 😢!
Well he is filling some walls back.
This isn't an 'old country home'. It's a multi-level apartment in a complex.

Beautiful job but no way only 100 dollars
Is there a kitchen?
Um, this is interesting, but unfortunately I fell for the click-bait title.
I wonder if this was one of those empty unfinished apt buildings in China. Very worrisome for safety how demo was so easy.
Why is there no AFTER footage??!!!??!!! The video just cuts off without a final “reveal.”
I just don't get This ! Apartments are Generally Owned by Someone Else. How is He allowed to Tear-it-apart ( besides the Structural Damage)??
So was everything else free and used material, because it anit no way he only paid $100, U.S or his country. I saw alot of cement, glass doors, alot of tiles. What did he pay for?
Maybe it was triplets doing all this work. Hes not old enough to know EVERYTHING, and 2 hanging beds , without load bearing beams.
He forgot to add one extra one zero or two zeros
Unless I'm missing something and he's actually a licensed structural engineer, I hope he's saved some of that "$100" to re-install all the load bearing walls after his neighbors and/or the building department see this. Oh, and he might want to hire an attorney. Just my opinion.
NO WAY 🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤣🤣materials a lone would cost more than that 😢
Lovely attention to detail but no views of the whole flat finished.
He got rid of low-bearing walls 😮 wow, huge mistake ... No way he accomplished all that with 100$ bucks...
Surely some of that can't be legal
I hate when they don't show the finishing product.
No wonder when earth quakes come their buildings crumble. No reinforcing steel and the brick work is crooked with gaps. Bricks are made to lay one way not back and forth flat then on edge.
