This is a rental unit, and if the big sis is the leaseholder, she is responsible for any structural changes that occur to the unit, by her. I've read the comments about the young sister being disabled. Not all disabilities are obvious to the naked eye. Maybe the older sister enjoys her company, and is looking after her between camera shots. This is their relationship, and is what works for them.

Then I became a double amputee due to medical misadventure and I suffer from multiple heath issues. Including multiple kidney stones every year and yet I am the main caregiver of my elderly parents. If that teen is disable she needs to be taught to help, or else life is going to be very hard for her, if anything happens God forgive to her mum. Cause life is not kind to disabled people who is useless. And yet she could use a phone and seemed to have full movement.
