Still coming back to this recipe. ❤ I add a few other cheeses to the Ricotta and mix them together to scoop on top! Mozzarella, Parm, Romano, and Ricotta. I also do half ground beef and half spicy Italian sausage. Soooo yum!
I made this! Ohhhh myyyy goodness! BEST EVER!! Thank you soooo much for this recipe and YOUR CONCISE instructions! I will be trying more of your soups and instant pot recipes!! 🥰
That looks delish!! I love lasagna but it's a BIG job to make it right. This looks easy AND tasty. It's really cold today where I live and I just happen to have all the ingredients you used so this is definitely going to get made in the next few days. Thanks for sharing!
This soup is delicious. I am freezing 1/2 of it so I didn’t add the dairy until servingIt doesn’t give the stats though how many cal. How many servings? Thank you
This looks so good! In the video you say to cook for 3 minutes, but the linked recipe states 4 minutes. I'm fairly new to the Instant Pot. Does it make much of a difference? Thank you for all your wonderful videos.
That's a great question. It really depends on the size of the pieces of the lasagna noodles. And I like mine al dente so 3 minutes is perfect. But for some 4 minutes was better. If I were you, I'd start with 3, then if it's not enough put the lid back on and add a minute. That won't take long to come to pressure.
The recipe as written will be a little much for a 3 quart, I think (i use my 3 quart all the time), but if you reduce the liquid by a cup and a half, it should be just fine. It will be a little richer than the actual recipe but it will be great!

I'm making this right now. It smells amazing. I added mushrooms, kalamata olives, and some sun dried tomatoes.

The link you provided in the description doesn't work.
Thanks for the heads up. I’ll look into it.
Same for me. I did find it on the blog under soups and stews.
Can I make this in a 3 qt. Instant pot?

Do you let this do a natural release or do you release it after three minutes? Great video
I usually release it after 3 minutes. NO need to natural release this one.
I noticed you said that you did not use the quick cook lasagna noodles- would it get too soggy if you did?
Yes that’s exactly the problem!
Wow. Heather, respectfully, you just look stunning. Great video... well lit, good audio, and a lovely smile. Well done,
Awe, thanks Lee!
👍👍👍
Need some Mozerella too😉
