Zorthas has made some really guide for enha, i suggest u watch those and im sure it can help you , just serch his channel in youtube and you find him, im not doing exactly what he recommends in his guide but its really close

Have you tried totemic at all since the changes ?

and then i have a macro that interrupts my focused target
