I agree! Can’t quite put my finger on why I like them best but they keep me calm during the sometimes pain traffic commutes of the beautiful Puget Sound areas. Lol peace
Jalen Carter is clearly a physical freak but none of us have ever met him. It's one thing for his agent to say he has that dawg mentality. It's another thing to actually meet the kid and feel it. Pete and John got to meet him and didn't draft him. They know what they're doing.
If he has issues conditioning and taking care of himself he will get injured sooner or later
Dawn mentality doesn't give up at a pro day after some trouble I reckon he will bust
They definitely must of got a bad vibe or disturbing info on him, we will see....if he ends up being a beast for 10 years then this will be hard to watch
None of his college coaches had a good thing to say about him
@Aariah Nash yeah that has to say alot too, because he obviously was nasty on the field....so to overcome that with just off the field antics is not a good look

No way, just had to give the illusion we may take a QB for a potential trade down, apparently nobody was buying it, at least that we might draft levis, makes sense now considering he fell out of the round

@@rampancyyy6569 I'm not convinced. Pete has been doing this a long time, he is gonna be media correct. There was so much chatter about drafting a QB and specifically Anthony and all he said was what everyone else said, he's a freak athlete and we "considered" him.
@@RagnarokCo according to brady henderson the team had 2 players they would not move for(witherspoon being one), now a new report is saying it was will anderson, from brady henderson who works for the team, another report from matty f brown (just writes for team) saying it was anthony. Pete saying they knew anderson was going to be gone before there pick, like you said pete's going to be media correct so we may never know.
Hawks like doing business with Denver. They ripped them again last weekend for a 2024 3rd rnd pick after Denver wanted to move up 15 spots from early 4th to a late 3rd. Gifts that just keep giving from Denver.

Drafts are great and all but the only thing that ultimately matters is winning and winning the Super Bowl. Everyone gave the Broncos the Super Bowl last year at this time. So, predictions are not really results.

Yeah I think they were gonna get Anthony Richardson at 5 had Indy not taken him at 4 I've heard this from a lot of NFL insiders but it didnt happen, I'm happy with what we got but i was really hoping for Richardson a QB

We wasted a 2nd round pick on a receiver last year. Eskridge has been non existence last year. 2nd round picks have to play on your roster. Flushed the AJ Coliier pick away also. Let's make this work!
Eskridge was two years ago. Last year second round was great. This year will have similar impact.

Hawks have adjusted their draft strategy last 2 years, emphasizing 1) best player available, and 2) character/desire/high motor guys. Worked great last year, looks good so far this year. In PCJS I trust!
