- So finally a dedicated video for Power & Command. This gem is not my favourite as I mentioned it in my previous videos but an in-depth exlplanation was needed why.
I wanted to like this gem, but every test shows that its effectiveness is on the lower end.

Nobody talks about this, but the biggest problem is that the icon showing you in which state you are is thrash! Why would they make both states green? You can't tell which is which just by looking at it
Yeah, I don't bother with it at all. Playing on mobile, no way to tell them apart correctly. Recently upgraded to r10, that took a while, no chance I would drop it.

That’s a good point would be much better to alternate the colour during the differing states
I like this gem also because it also has a chance to cleanse a debuff effect at times, great for pvp
It's good for DH now, currently using it (rank10) using primary and impaler 100%, boosted all the time
What software do you use for video editing? Specifically those slick object animations like in 1:08?
The true beauty of this gem is the adverse effects cleans in pvp.
For certain classes you can also always benefit from each of the effects. For e.g. I use it on my necro as basic attacks increase the damage of your summons and I also use the thorne effects on the gems which is boosted by the skill effects. It's a win win for me in that case.
I agree, it's pretty much a 12% damage buff now we have impale to boost our skill damage.
I'm waiting for the patch to decide if to go for p&c, bloody reach or if there's any new gems
I really hope we get new damage gems so I can go full awakened 1-2 stars :D

@@yyyar now then only just thought of this, what about carsons xD as it now half as well? I'll keep it as it's awakened and cheap.

This is good for crusader with the basic atk lightning effect..it works on both state and that purge effect is good if it works on pvp at full chance

For once I wished how the secondary effect works in PVP. Is it affected by strife debuf? Has it any priority (e.g first dots then loss of control effects, etc.)?

Thanks it does feel very light and easy :)
With so much cc and continual damage in the game the debuff it offers is a real plus its saved me on occasions in PvP and dungeons
hey make a set test video on Baron feasting 20% damage on all sources.
This is best f2p leg gem imo..Dammage and remove debuff.
This is very good now with dh latest essence impale .
It does damage tho compared to other gems lol
Its good for crusader.

Hey yyyar, kind of a random question, but I’d guess you would be the person to know the answer from you fast dung clear videos:
Does % more damage to elite reforge effect, % more damage to elite in ferv fang etc count for purple name monsters like dungeon bosses, blood rose etc?

Hi! It's not that random :)
% damage to elites from reforge and magic only work on elites (blue, yellow, orange). However % damage to elites from Seled's Weakening and Fervent Fang are actually work on bosses too.
When I used Seled Weakening on my Crusader was not working on bosses, tested on Namari, playing on a tablet.

Pnc gets even worse with 2p virthus if most ppl don’t know
