Did a nearly a decade locked up at 30yrs, before that controlled by drugs, before that controlling abusive boyfriend, before that controlling abusive father... So when I finally got off paper .. shoulda been so happy.. but I was crying .. sad inside... Like having to dig deep and understand why? Because I didn't know who I was.. self discovery .. reflection.. identity... Flaws and goals... It's a process and Russ has been leading the way. A perfectionist myself .. Russ hits home on sooo many levels... And can't explain how amazing his light has been in my life...
