I'm definitely loving the new gathering speeds as well. From my main act my speeds on a Lv15 is about 5 or hour's to clear, which gives me opportunity to send 5 gathering marches and a relic March while i sleep. That gives me maximum gains for earning blood from the relic each day, extra rss, plus my lv1 an lv2 civilization eggs. The low level tiles are very useful still also, earning bamboo, Tyches lucky coins, parade masks and other special event items in a matter of a minute or 2

There are definite pros and cons, gathering on level 10s and higher almost guarantees wishing coins, finishing them 30 minutes faster means a few more each day and those new rewards are pretty good, the cons being my Jindeoks probably get more sleep than me now finishing so much faster, on those half rss tile days by the time I switch the phone off and doze off they'll already be on their way back laughing and joking. They definitely need to release larger tiles now!!!
They thought that we would believe gathering in half the time is the same that gathering twice the size. It is not. It is a way to keep us playing the game more instead of giving us quality of life. I wanted to gather tiles level 17, not to have to stop working or sleeping to send my gatherers on an extra batch.
Bro don't complain! They actually made gathering on your main account relevant again. I've always said that speed is for your main account without Koreas. Extra gains always was way more important than speed on our alts. Now gathering is the most generous improvement they've ever made tied with the new pie rewards for sure ✨👏🥳
Loving the new speed. I am on my phone because of work so I constantly do lv8 to lv12 in the day. I get a huge amount of tokens for smashing crazy eggs...do this everyday now. Super rss tile with relic capacity would be great for set & forget and overnight. Day time I farm and overnight I do relics because of my speed. Hope this is permanent and they bring it back for both monarch and SvS event days..
I have said for a long time that evony devs have it set up so you spend all day and night on the game. Every time you close the app you get a notification of this or that please log in.
Just get a bot and can play the game for you 24/7 lol You just need to log in 15 minutes a day to claim log in rewards, events rewards and maybe to say hi to your Alliance. After that, the damn bot can: check bubble, join rallies, open rallies, kill monsters, send troops to gather, do daily activities, do black market, compose materials, do patrol, look for bosses, it is a f crazy world now.
I'm single so I am able to set an alarm so that when some of my tiles are done I can immediately send out to new tiles and go back to bed. The only time I do this is on gathering days so that I can be running between 4 and 6 marches constantly. The only other time I do a lot of gathering is the first day of Kings quest or whatever it's called so I can knock off all the first day activities in one day.
this gathering is the second hardest thing aside general cultivation. i need more filled-in number tab of gold and gems to cultivate them. as new event and assistant general to help time reduction, i am awaken more 1.0 - 2.0 times a day to farm. i could not help to think hiring a bot, there is a cost to pay gems, gold or resouces tax as exchanged on daily setting. just a fanatic idea.
Well those low level monsters, they should upgrade each and everyone of them, up a knoch, in leveling, & more different kinds of boss levels as well, like after boss 5 werewolf, should be level 6,7,8 etc… not just random levels. just so some lowers level players can participate more, in rallying, & get more active, with the alliances, to communicate more as well
Think you misunderstood the objective. I've seen tile quantity changes especially on daily Monarch challenge "gathering". The reason why Evony changes quantity and your gathering speed faster and why Evony won't create higher tiles is because they want you to earn it. Evony figures the more often you have to log into the game, the more they can advertise to you. The less often you log in the more you loose benefits from gathering. Evony's strategy is also to cost you something always with a little bit of compensation or reward in return. The more different tiles you have to gather from in a day the more you spend on stamina even though it very little compared to hunting high level bosses.

I report it and Evony doesn't do anything about it. I ways thinking this is the way Evony tries to stop bots. If this doesn't stop bots and Evony doesn't do anything to those creating fake (farm) accounts and are not able to stop bots, then we all should learn how to use bots and everyone make as many farm accounts to fill up the server to max. It not fair to players like me who spent a lot of money and can't spend more to see others with 20 fake obvious accounts (all name the same but add a conservative number, bob1, bob2, bob3...).

Some how the ratio of improvement in the gathering speed is relative to the timing of the bot to send troops to gather. This is another clue to think evony is behind the bot.
I have found a good use for the lvl 1 tiles, you can move to the edge of the map and collect those masks. I reach the limit in no time. It's less than 2 mins a tile with 6 marches you're almost sending non stop until you hit the event limit.
I heard you mention before that Evony may own the bots. I remember in Evony one, there was a big deal where Evony served cease and desist lawsuits against the websites that created the bots. Why dont they do that now?

One bad thing for me is that I send my farmers out when I go to bed. They used to finish after server reset so the resource gathering task would be done when i wake up. Now they are back before reset so i have to send out just for the task. lol

Bots are definitely the best deal of the game, 10usd for 5 or 20usd for 15 are billions of rss per day... The only downside is you need a powerful pc 24 hours on dedicated to the game.
They need to at minimum double all tiles. Gathering does not scale and is useless at higher keep levels. I have a mess of Koreas and can either (1) kill 3 Ymir 3 or (2) do a level 15 tile.... The first one gives 20% more total RSS. Gathering is only useful overnight and this change makes it even less so. Already, I was sub 4 hours. Now, close to 2. Great, but what of the other 6 hours. It's time to max out all the relic rss talents and focus on farming 450 Elektra, Hannibal, Roland fragments. But if they double all tiles -- and never halve them outside of events, come on -- it would make gathering somewhat useful again.
My Alts gather every single day non stop, and get around 2B total resources per week. They are in a different alliance. Once in a while I bring them over to my main alliance, and join rallies non stop for a week. In 1 week, they make 2.5B each resource (10B total) and almost 2B of each come only from the Ymirs days (Thursday and Friday) My main account only does rallies non stop the entire month (casual explore relics or gather tiles) and i make overall a total of 3B each RSS per week. My current monthly RSS in total (my 9 accounts) is 120B
I am the one who get up middle at the night and send troops out for gathering 😂😂😂 I am the best gatherer on my server. Last event I gather 360m points that was highest and beat my own record which was 310 m points

Genghis, this change occurred right when I was sending marches Thu night before the new update was announced Fri morning. I was telling everyone on my team to take advantage cuz it must be a glitch. My fastest RSS is now pulling 3.65M/hr 🤯😂🙏

Level 1 tiles are best to get bamboo for kaguya, and during carnival event 😁
yes...they are great for some of the events that give drops for res gathering
It's taking me 2.5 hrs to finish a 15. Also use constance and the Japanese gen for extra wood or food.

Bro, I have 15+ in my family, and about 6 gathering alts = 1 rally bot..its insane how much more effective joining rallies is...

Stop! We do go to lvl 1-3 for the event quest! Obviously you don’t know how to finish that quest! The one that we got Elise as top prize!
