Did they share what the QB tells the Oline in order to go fast?? How many words… code words… is direction included… etc
Shared very little, QB talks to Oline, Direction is Included. They may be a number team in the run game.
Have you had any experience using a “Hold” call in the huddle where play is given and players “hold” (freeze) during the first cadence. If no one jumps they repeat a quicker version of cadence and run the called play?
We are using a similar theory right now, in the tempo world. Very good stuff
How do you stop the OL from occasionally jumping offsides? Are they given a verbal cue by the QB at the LOS as a reminder?
