My wife is 8 months pregnant and as she was driving today, she got involved in a terrible head collision accident. Her car was pushed 15 metres away while she was inside. She was displaced from the driving seat to the passenger seat. I thank God she survived without any injuries except swellings. After checkups, the baby is 100% okay. God is great.

I have lived a very broken and carefree life, with many questions and few answers, and the worst part is that I was silent about it for many years; I didn't tell my mom until 2010 when the power of Jesus Christ shone through the darkness and made me free from the bonds of sin and I believe Jesus was there with me in my pain to keep me from going insane, He then healed my brokenness and gave me hope. He came to set the captives free, and He wants you to believe in him because He loves you (Isaiah 61:1, Romans 5:8). For over 12 years Jesus has renewed my mind (Romans 12:2). I recently heard this song as I had contemplated with suicidal thoughts. I was broken suffering with Major Depressive Disorder wrongly withheld from my discharge from the United States Marine Corps. I was discharged honorably but discharged with no honor. I tried to live my life for 32 years & after 3 broken marriages, no relationship with my 2 children, isolated from family, deep trust issues, anxiety, panic attacks, health issues, insomnia, I had no desire to live. This America we live in & a Government that has no compassion for Veterans, brokenness was my daily struggle. I had planned my suicide & after becoming homeless it was time. I was sitting with my head down & Tosha Cobbs "You Know My Name" begin to play. I felt the anointing flowing through this song & tears were flowing. I made my way to Veterans Memorial Hospital in Gainesville, FL & I was Baker Acted for 8 days on Suicide watch. I made may way day by day humming the melody "You Know My Name." Upon my release I found out about a facility in Gainesville The Honor Center. It was a program setup for Veterans giving a safe place to recover. I started attending sessions 6 to 7 hours a day learning coping skills. I started to gain my worth back & started to advocate for myself. I wrote a letter to my Governor of FL Ron DeSantis. I explained how the VA had held up benefits from me when I was discharged in 1986. They coded my release as "Personality Disorder" knowingly to deny my benefits for mental abuse suffered for my superior officer in my unit. I was 20 years old at the time & thought joining the Corps would give me the opportunity to help my mom who struggled as a single parent of 5 children. I never had the change to follow my dream as my life was severely damaged by the events of my enlistment. It wasn't 24 hours after writing my Governor that Veteran Affairs contacted me to advise my claim was reopened & properly stamped for "Major Depressive Disorder" & it was all because God knew my name & expected end. My wife is 8 months pregnant and as she was driving today, she got involved in a terrible head collision accident. Her car was pushed 15 metres away while she was inside. She was displaced from the driving seat to the passenger seat. I thank God she survived without any injuries except swellings. After checkups, the baby is 100% okay. God is great.

He came to set the captives free, and He wants you to believe in him because He loves you (Isaiah 61:1, Romans 5:8).

Two weeks back my Mom was seriously sick, and everyone thought she has died, her relatives thought there was no hope but God knew her name..she woke up and they were all in shock. God saved my Mom and my siblings from being raped by a thieft by 2am who who undressed and left his knife at our door without causing any harm to them.. God saved my elder brother who almost lost his life in a terrible accident that killed the rider and others.. God knows my Families name.. My Family and I will serve the Lord for the rest of our lives.

I will say a prayer for you, 🙏because I believe in the power of God and prayer. I had lung cancer and I never had one moment of doubt that God word take care of me. And He did, I have been cancer free for 14 years. Just lately my niece committed suicide, both of my sisters are in nursing homes, and one of them has dementia. Since I am the only sister left, it falls on me to look after them, but it get hard sometimes because I just had both my eyes operated on, because I had cataracts, and was blind as a bat. Thank God I came through my operation with flying colors 🙌 🙏. So, Amellia, I will keep you in my heart and prayers, because sometimes all we need to is know, somebody cares, and I do. I recently heard this song as I had contemplated with suicidal thoughts. I was broken suffering with Major Depressive Disorder wrongly withheld from my discharge from the United States Marine Corps. I was discharged honorably but discharged with no honor. I tried to live my life for 32 years & after 3 broken marriages, no relationship with my 2 children, isolated from family, deep trust issues, anxiety, panic attacks, health issues, insomnia, I had no desire to live. This America we live in & a Government that has no compassion for Veterans, brokenness was my daily struggle. I had planned my suicide & after becoming homeless it was time. I was sitting with my head down & Tosha Cobbs "You Know My Name" begin to play. I felt the anointing flowing through this song & tears were flowing. I made my way to Veterans Memorial Hospital in Gainesville, FL & I was Baker Acted for 8 days on Suicide watch. I made may way day by day humming the melody "You Know My Name." Upon my release I found out about a facility in Gainesville The Honor Center. It was a program setup for Veterans giving a safe place to recover. I started attending sessions 6 to 7 hours a day learning coping skills. I started to gain my worth back & started to advocate for myself. I wrote a letter to my Governor of FL Ron DeSantis. I explained how the VA had held up benefits from me when I was discharged in 1986. They coded my release as "Personality Disorder" knowingly to deny my benefits for mental abuse suffered for my superior officer in my unit. I was 20 years old at the time & thought joining the Corps would give me the opportunity to help my mom who struggled as a single parent of 5 children. I never had the change to follow my dream as my life was severely damaged by the events of my enlistment. It wasn't 24 hours after writing my Governor that Veteran Affairs contacted me to advise my claim was reopened & properly stamped for "Major Depressive Disorder" & it was all because God knew my name & expected end. I pray my testimonial helps someone who may feel there is no hope. I'm here to let you know that "God Knows Your Name" too.

I was at a place some of you may be right now during this horrific pandemic. I can speak of my life giving all glory to the one Jesus that hears our deepest cry. Sept 1, 2017 I lost a 6 figure income.. Dec 31, 2018 I became homeless. March 15, 2019 I contemplated suicide & was Baker Acted... It was at this time God began to move in my situations. He gave me wisdom & favor with the Veteran Affairs Law Judge & I was granted total & permanent disability now medically retired from the Marine Corps after 34 years. God allowed my ladder to be greater than my beginning. I've been blessed to receive both my SSI Disability & VA Benefits & I never have to worry about where & how I will sleep again.
God knew my expected end & saved me from myself. I say to someone reading this "It Ain't Over" when your source is God alone. I want to thank all that prayed, commented with your love 💕 thank you.

I am only 17, but I already know that depression is a real and consuming thing along with Mental abuse. I was dating this boy for three years and he struck me down every chance he could. Telling me I was childish, not good enough, not giving enough, and always bashing parts of my physical appearance. After a while I began to believe him, and also started bashing myself. I was ugly, I was dumb, I was not good enough to keep anyone in my life. Then one day while looking in the mirror, I got the urge to smile and I couldn’t stop smiling. I was beautiful, I was smart. I WAS good enough. God spoke to me that day and I will never question myself. I AM who my God says I am. I AM NOT who anybody says I am. Please do not believe what anybody says. You ARE somebody.
