The capabilities of this drone are insane. There's also a spot light/loud speaker combo that is also insane. It has a steep price but this seems to be the state of the art for now and it's wicked cool.
Price has dropped nearly $4k. It’s now around $11k with batteries.

Hi im a disabled veteran with several issues that keep me from functioning like normal. I also volunteer with veterans to help them cope or find hobbies to keep them busy. I own the DJI mini 2 drone and i brought it to a group meeting and took them outside to fly and ask questions. I have had so much input about this and folks wanting to do this for a hobby but the price is to high for majority of the vets on a fixed income. I truly believe these can be a savior for folks that are in poor condition or maybe on the edge. It’s not just the flying but the ability for them to make a movie and edit really had their attention. I guess what im asking is, could you possibly donate some drones for the vets to at least use while we have our group get togethers. I’m sure as some really get into it they will want their own. I can see them saving up to buy either what they learned on or maybe one a bit nicer depending on their finances. I myself suffer from PTSD as do most of the vets i deal with. We all have severe chronic pain and severe depression and anxiety. I understand you are just a distributor but really enjoyed your video and thought maybe you would be interested in helping. I can send pics and updates on how this is going. My hope is after getting this going that the VA can get funding for these to help with brining some of our vets back and to feel as tho they are living again. Making movies and taking pics to share with others. I knew it worked for me but im into electronics and such but for the responses I received a couple weeks ago when we started doing this was very surprising and very nice to see. Some of these folks haven’t smiled in such a long time. Not asking for the enterprise drones and not just DJI. That’s just what im used too. Have flown an Autel in the pass also. Id consider the Mavic 3 E for mapping as it has a mechanical shutter. Officially, the M30 isn't meant for mapping, at least for anything accurate.
Do you think the Matrice 300 RTK will come out with the new remote plus? Like you stated in the video the 300 RTK is a more adaptable drone to the future. But it has the old style remote.

This thing looks fantastic! Way outta my price range, but exciting to see the tech that's being included on the higher end models. There's a hope that some day some of these features will trickle down to the cheaper models!
The features will trickle down to consumer drones to a degree. But for the most part they’ll stay on the more expensive enterprise drones.

Are there any downloadable programs for the camera to identify, tag, & count animals? How about a drone that can carry a VHF receiver to track tagged livestock?
A simpler solution would imply getting those images from the drone to your cloud server for further processing. The drone doesn't have to spend battery on it.
Hot swappable should also allow for both batteries to run one after another

I’d wait to see what the M3EA has to offer. It’s officially announced on 9/27. It will be cheaper and maybe a better solution for your purposes. Thanks for watching!
What’s the range? How far can it go?
Can you use this drone for cinematography as well.
It wouldn’t be ideal. You don’t have all of the manual controls that a Cine drone would have in terms of exposure.

Is there a feature where you could broadcast the video feed to a private network so that police, fire and rescue etc could see in real time what the drone sees? Thinking an app or something on their phones? I’m thinking seriously about building a side drone business. I absolutely love flying them. Can you actually make money with these drones if you aren’t doing real estate with heavy video editing skills needed?
Yes, there are several companies offering live streams for police. One is called DRONESENSE. Honestly, drones in real estate is over-saturated. Look at inspections, mapping and agriculture as possible business ideas.
@@AerialInfluence i have a very high level of local landscape knowledge being an avid hiker and mountain biker. I also know the marshes and rivers like the back of my hand from being a boater. Im pretty good at the piloting thing and think i could be very good at search and rescue using a drone (especially this one). thanks for the reply and the video. Good stuff!
So what's the price of this exact drone with thermal and the night vision
It’s $14K for the drone, remote, 2 batteries, charging station and more. Extra batteries are $329 a piece and you need 2 at a time to operate the drone. You can also add a spotlight speaker for an additional $2k.
Not into drones but I'd definitely pay $14k for the M30T 9 miles is stupendous insane

Awesome drone... Flown the Enterprise but Thermal is very limited for night Counter Poaching / Security Ops. Who can possibly fund us a M30T. The specs on the drone rock big time. Amazing product.

The drone is awesome but let's face it 16.000$ dollars , I can't afforded, to be honest I'd love to have a drone like this. I'm willingly to pay 5.000$ dollars. I guess over time I gonna be able to get a drone like this for 5.000$ dollars, I insist the drone is a wonder, I love it,

It is.
Highest resolution on a civilian product. Military has much much better capabilities. It’s kind of like GPS. They’ll let us have it when it when they say so, it’s a serious force multiplier for us, in case you’re wondering why.
I've heard this. And it makes sense. Kinda sad because breakthroughs are exiting for industries. And also there are industries like firefighting that could use an upgrade

airforce veteran here 9.5 years..... innovations and advanced technology always starts with our armed services and then trickles down to the civilian world
Former Army UAV pilot here. Keep in mind that most military thermal imagers are cryocooled sensors. That's what makes them so much better. The cooling systems add weight and bulk, but man is the thermal resolution amazing.
For search and rescue it’s cheap. The flip side for comparison, and a few dollars more at $30 Million, there’s the General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper drone for search and destroy.
At a price point of $16k, I wouldn't be purchasing a Dji product at all. I'd be purchasing a entry level professional drone that wasn't proprietary. The professional drone market is an entirely different beast. You can choose your camera system, can upgrade and customize everything about it and there won't be any company regulating or restricting your flights.
Name the entry level professional drone that you’re talking about. This should be interesting.
Flir just came out with a drone sub 10k with the same or better specs.
The Mavic 3 Thermal is $6400. If you want to pay $3600 more for a less capable drone, be my guest.

If you know it’s there, you can hear it. If you don’t know it’s there, it would be difficult to detect.
