So you can also find Riolu more commonly in the patch of grass at the bottom of the hill on Route 8.

I found a Ralts and a Riolu today without looking at this video, Ralts teleported away and I caught Riolu with a dusk ball. Yesterday, I found a Sneasel, I wasn't able to get it and accidentally fainted it.. But eitherway, I'm still happy.
