    I have no clue that some institutions did not allow their store managers see their P&L's
    That's absolutely absurd!
    How can you run a business?
    I understand why they would do it, but i just want to see how they work that out.
    Now I'm wondering, maybe some managers really don't do anything, but tell their workers what to do!. Wow. A world i never thought existed.

      Also, if you don't understand a P&L, i suggest you actually complete an excel on your homes actual P&L.

    I understsnd the gross margin as percent to sales computation but for wages as percent to sales when I divide 10000 by 120000 I get .083 you said 8.3 could you clarify that thank you great course

      Always move your decimal 2 digits over to the right or times it by 100 and you will get your 8.3

      Agreed! Sorry about that. We have a new course using better video editing techniques that will be released early next year. I might of been a good manager but I'm a terrible video editor! Thanks for the feedback and support
