The staging is never included in these homes. That’s just for show and get taken away when the home sells. They all come empty and you can put chairs wherever you please.

The staging is put there to ENHANCE the home and help potential buyers see the potential versus an empty home. That chair is in the wrong place even for staging. Yes, I am a licensed Realtor and designer.
