Lumix GH5/S are such decent cameras for wedding videography. Excellent video mate have been watching your content for some time. You have a nice style! After seeing your vid I had an idea to change FN1 to IS Lock enable for stabiliser. Really handy to have for going handheld and not having to trek through menus. Do you also use the GH5S?
Really appreciate your kind words...it's great encouragement for me because it can be tough producing these videos on my own :). That's a great tip about the I.S. lock! I was actually really torn between 'Ex Tele' and 'I.S. Lock' when preparing the video. In my latest G9 video, I actually include IS lock as an on-screen function button. Yeah, I love the GH5S...I just wish they'd included IBIS because it would have been close to perfect! Ben. P.s. Lovely wedding films by the way. What lenses are you using?
@@CameraGeeks Exactly, I think most are hoping that the imminent GH6 will be a marge of the GH5 and S, to have IBIS etc. I use the GH5S for gimbal work at the ceremony and throughout the day and then the GH5 is on the tripod for ceremony and handheld for portrait session and into the eve. Using the Lumix 12-35 on the GH5S (Gimbal) and then the GH5 I have Lumix 35-100 for the ceremony and then Sigma 18-35 w/ metabones goes on for the rest of the day. Seems to work quite well. The Sigma goes down to 1.2 which is perfect for GH5 as the light begins to diminish in the eve. Thanks for the sub and kind words too mate! Which lenses are you using?

I've set Fn6 on the front for Waveform. Very convenient for quick exposure analysing.

Why can't I save the function settings? When turned off and restarted, the function settings return to the standard settings. Can you help me?
Where are C3-1, 2, 3 buttons
Good point! The C buttons can really help to create presets for specific frame rates or shooting conditions.
