A woman that can’t/won’t cook a good meal is like a man that can’t change a flat tire. It’s a basic task and pathetic if you can’t do it.

@HeartOnHerSleeve women need to be better cooks than men. It’s inherently part of nurturing skills. So while it isn’t “strictly” a womanly skill since there are great men cooks, it should be something that a woman can handle without too much difficulty.

Women should be able to make their own decisions and not be judged whether they marry or not, have children or not, work or stay at home. Also, sometimes being able to stay at home and not even have to work part-time, is a luxury just for those that can afford to do it.

      also (did I forget to mention I studied Biology in college?), brain waves relate to brain activity and various states of consciousness;
Delta brainwaves (1-3 Hz) are the slowest, highest amplitude brain waves, and are what we experience when we are asleep. In general, different levels of awareness are associated with dominant brainwave states.
Theta brainwaves (4-7 Hz) brain waves represent a day dreamy, spacey state of mind that is associated with mental inefficiency. At very slow levels, theta brain wave activity is a very relaxed state, representing the twilight zone between waking and sleep.
Alpha brainwaves (8-12 Hz.) are slower and larger. They are associated with a state of relaxation and represent the brain shifting into an idling gear, waiting to respond when needed. If we close our eyes and begin picturing something peaceful, there is an increase in alpha brainwaves.
Beta brainwaves (13 - 38 Hz) are small, faster brainwaves associated with a state of mental, intellectual activity and outwardly focused concentration. This is basically state of alertness.
Gamma brainwaves (39 - 42 Hz) are the fastest and most subtle brain waves. Gamma rhythms modulate perception and consciousness.

This is a result of fear-based thinking. Simplifying the world to avoid being uncomfortable or feeling overwhelmed. You can live alongside people you disagree with, you can respect their free will.
I think deep down you must be aware that your narrow world view is not 'the correct' way to live. It's one way to live, and if it makes you happy then you should pursue it. When you try to frame your way as 'God's way' - it comes across as if you are insecure and trying to convince yourself more than you are anyone else. The judgmental overtones and high-horsing delivery of your content emphasizes the fear that dominates your approach to life. Live and let live, accept difference, love thy neighbor, judge not lest ye... etc, etc.

And let's face it our foster care system isn't going to let somebody like me who can't drive and needs help adopt a child. So many people are like me. I want to stay home and be pregnant and care for my home. But I am sick and I will never not be sick. And more likely my kids will also be sick and never be well. That being said I refuse to be miserable and say my life has no meaning just because I can't have kids. I refuse to lie down and die because people think I deserve it. I love my life. I have friends and family and a partner who gets me. Not being able to have kids for whatever reason even if you want them doesn't mean your life is over if you can't have them. Deciding not make a child that will suffer and be in pain and not get the medical care they need to live their best lives is a choice I decided on. And I am not going to made to feel guilty for making that choice.

As an fervent believer and follower of Christ /// Yeshua, is there such thing as an honest, beautiful, GOD fearing, loving American woman..?
Being a single man that has thoroughly given up on love, I have spent a great amount of time pondering these topics...
I believe there are some in other countries, but in America, feminism and the Adversary have destroyed marriage and healthy relationships....
    Just my two pennies though...
Not only am I taken way back finding this very video about this topic, but coming from a woman, I was astonished....
    Mental health....
This is another seriously taboo subject in America, as is speaking out about feminism...Because of the way the world locked away anyone who acted the slightest bit abnormal, mental health has been taken over by a group of self deluded liars...It is my simple conjecture, the only doctor that can heal those with a mental illness is Dr. Christ Jesus....period...And is so worthy, willing and able...so very worthy...But mental health has become yet another BIG BUSINESS in America, and thus, millions of otherwise healthy humans are being mis-diagnosed and mis-treated....Drugs are not the answer, prescription nor otherwise....HE alone is the answer....but I digress....

@@WhyteHorse2023 "Feminism is a range of social movements, political movements, and ideologies that aim to define and establish the political, economic, personal, and social equality of the sexes." From wikipedia. One of the first big cases RBG brought to the supreme court for feminism was to gain SS benefits for a man who'd wife had died and he wanted the benefits to help raise their kids. Before SS benefits were only given to women. The argument is that if one gender is harmed from sexism in society and law then the other is also harmed in turn bc of it.
I feel like your percentage there needs more context. Are any one those women fine with being single their whole lifes? What part of their lives are we counting? Did their husband or partner die at a certain age? Are we talking only straight women? What is the citation of this percentage.
You can always adopt. Not all women want children. The idea is that we all get to have choices in our lives. That is the point of women having autonomy. Wanna be a career woman, awesome. Wanna be a mom? Great, go for it. Fertility and beauty aren't the only assets a woman has. We get to pick if we want both, one, or the other.
You seem to over generalize and use stereotyping. Quite dramatic. P.s. I'm a "bastard" child. My mom would never consider herself a feminist, though when she divorced a husband (a cheater every chance he got. not my father) and had to go to work she got plenty of "go home and have babies, you don't belong here" type comments.
The patriarchy kinda hurts most people. It tries to fit all these people into very specific boxes.
I'm not sure what the heck a "high value man" is.
You make is sound like at 30 a womans body is on it's way out.

I hope this brings you some peace. When Jesus died on the cross for our terrible sins, all curses were lifted ❤️✝️. Generational curses along with them. Maybe pray to Jesus and thank you for his freeing you of these curses!
This is evident because men don't have to work painfully to be able to eat. They can sit at a desk in a job they love :). Some men can invest some money and not have to work at all.
I hope this brings you so much. I send you much love ✝️❤️

Please guys, I know how infuriating her videos are but it's obvious she's a victim of her environment, very obviously abused by her husband...she doesn't even think marital rape is a thing..I feel really bad but at the same time these videos can't be examples to little girls. I wish no one would push their disgusting values and standards on their children... I grew up thinking my only value as a woman was to get married and make babies...which led me to really dark places. Glad I'm not revisting those times though, and I actually have a significantly higher testosterone rate than most, so biological male trait arguments make sense to me...but the ambition to cook or clean isn't a biological female trait. Growing up I always loved traditionally male activities like fishing with my dad, sports, driving 4 wheelers, playing video games etc. Doesn't make me any less of a woman and I'm proud that I'm a woman who can make my own decisions.

What really frustrates me about this video, is you tell us, women, that we basically don't need to have any ambitions aside from being an obedient wife and a good mother and homemaker, in a time where it's almost impossible to pay the bills or even afford a home unless both are working full time. Things like buying a house, buying groceries, sending your kids to a public school, even taking them to a doctor are SO expensive now that, unless you're a millionaire, it would be impossible for the average family to make it on a lone persons income. You tell women to stay home and have babies, but you don't give any advice on how to do that while also making sure married couples can keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. You don't reveal any plans in your borderline nonsensical ramblings on how we could possibly rework the economy to make this even a possibility for most lower and middle-class families, where most of which are living paycheck to paycheck with both of them working full time.
Your expectations for women now are, not only harmful but also unrealistic and delusional! You need a touch of reality and to step out of your perfect little Christian bubble and be understanding that not everyone has had it as good as you have.
I'm pretty sure that you're sacred book also talks about Compassion and understanding your neighbors, maybe it's time you read those as well!

    Well, where do I begin...
Not at the beginning because that's boring. But I will be honest and won't sanitize my life. I'm a man and I recently turned 50. I've always had traditional, biblical values, and I've earned my way through life on my own. I worked my way through school, part time, was an average student, and then worked my way into a good engineering career. During that entire time I dated many women from all different walks of life, from custodian to waitress to nurse to physician. I've met some good ones and a lot of bad ones. Some became good ones after years of mistakes and poor choices.
We all make mistakes and poor choices; no judging here. But all of my mistakes were financial and educational, all of which were eventually corrected by learning from those mistakes and making the right ones. Yep some of them took years to correct but they got corrected. But none of them were mistakes with women because I knew to keep it zipped up and not to get married to a non-traditional non-Christian woman. And I always stuck to that. So I've built a solid, honest life, and the entire time I've tried to connect with a non-feminist woman. Sadly, church isn't the place to find one unless you're both 19 and both raised in the same church. Otherwise, my choices inside and outside of church all are a variation of the following:
Single mother of multiple children, probably by different men, who is sleeved with tattoos, including all over her breasts and neck. And she's probably laid out in the sun for 20 years to gain that desireable tan. Maybe she's been married, maybe not. Seriously I don't like to judge but let's be real; how many men have they been with? Do I want to marry that kind of woman? But for many years now that has been my dating pool. I'm told to find one, "man up", marry her and take care of her and all the issues and responsibilities that come with her. If I try to find someone younger who hasn't yet completely screwed up herself, then I'm told that that's morally wrong.
I would love to find a good woman and build a life with her but I only find pre-made families with women who have been around the block several times, so to speak. I've searched through many dating sites and apps, and that's what I find. On top of it many of them will say "I'm independent" or "strong and independent", and/or "my kids will ALWAYS come first!"
So in other words, you don't need me (but you want me to pay for things), and at best I'll be your second priority. (but you want me to make you my number one priority, always)
Basically, not only are modern women messing up their lives and their children's but also men's lives.

I still remember my grandma cooking cookies for my sleepover friends and telling them stories of wisdom. My mom was career minded and made more money than my father but she still respected him when he came home from work. I don't get this new generation at all. It looks like everything just went to hell!

Although...It might be a good idea to have a marketable skill in case you happen to marry an apparently nice guy who later turns out to be a jerk and dumps you, leaving you with two or three kids on your hands. Just in case there's not another guy immediately available. Maybe it's not what God wants, but it happens. Or maybe God wants you to end up destitute. Then, OK, I guess. His will be done.

How about building up your sisters in Christ instead of tearing them down and making overly general statements that women aren't marriage material. Some may not be, yet most women I know (employed or not) are good Christian women who love their families.

Another issue that needs to be discussed is that education is not just for careers (especially for women). Education is necessary for every person, because it allows him to make the right decisions using his logic. However, this very tool became a weapon that destroys the traditional evolution.
From the moment women entered the market, they gradually lost touch with their true nature. The money has taken over their minds and they are easily seeking a divorce. Opportunities for illicit relationships with colleagues are daily and with the first disagreement at home or the tedious routine, they seek the opportunity pleasure (they think) they miss.
The older generations kept women away from temptation and so families did not break up like they do today. The men also worked next to men and so their mind was on work and not on ...
There is never a question about the value of virginity to women. Why did nature only give women the hymen? Precisely to be the great gift for the man who will choose her and the greatest value in the stock market of competition between women.
In modern times, virginity is considered a disgrace to women over 17 and men do not know exactly what it is!
How can a wife stay faithful, when she has met 20-30 sizes before she gets married? With the first difficulty or disagreement, she will remember the lover who made her cry in bed and will soon send him a message ...

    • @Smile56329
      @Smile56329 2 ปีที่แล้ว

You do know that the hymen is can break from many things such as biking, riding a horse, certain types of sports or just everyday life potentially. In fact there is a fairly good chance that it will long before she has sexual relations. Also, the purpose of the hymen isn’t for sex it was most likely to keep feces and urine out of the vagina as infants to prevent infections. After that age it serves no other purpose. Because of the false beliefs that it was intended for sex I can imagine a many women over the centuries were accused of not being virgins because of this.

Actually, college & careers are not exactly the problem, since you can study & work along with going to church and participating in the church activities, courting, having a relationship and then marrying, starting a family, having children & raising them. There are so many examples of women who have a career or a work outside of home & also a beautiful family...
I know you're not catholic, but maybe you can check out the lives of St. Gianna Beretta Molla (who was a pediatrician and a mom who died to save her daugther's life) & St. Zelie Guerin Martin (who was the mamma of many children, -one of them the famous St. Therese of the Child Jesus, and this mom also worked outside of home; she had a store), and both of them were traditional ladies, so their examples show us that is possible to have a career or a work outside of home and at the same time being a good wife & mother.
So the biggest problem with women nowadays are not college/careers but actually the post-modernist mentality with its liberal principles & permissive/tolerant values. That's what is ruining our girls & young women, along with our boys & young men!

Lori, here you are again preaching online- which is fine. However, I would like to say how disgusted I am at your comments that support the rape and abuse of women. You commented to a lady that was raped in her sleep by her husband that it was ok. How disgusting, may God have mercy on you! Rape and abuse is sin in the eyes of the Lord, that woman is very precious to the Lord. How dare any man rape his wife in her sleep, this is sinister and demonic. It is also likely the start of more abuse; wise advice would have been to recommend that lady and her husband seek pastoral counsel asap.
Thank God for the many women attending colleges today that love the Lord. Some of them are our doctors, midwives, nurses, teachers. These roles cannot be filled by only men. Thank God for women who are educated, and use their knowledge for the glory of God.
Get off the internet, submit yourself to a church fellowship where you can be accountable for what you are teaching others.
    God bless you.

Im not a feminist, I'm Christian and a traditional woman married to a great man but I'd tell all women, get an education, university if possible.
I married my first boyfriend, dated intentionally and saved sex for marriage but please Lori, women must be educated or at least have skills. My mother was trapped due to a lack of options.
