You mean to get it transparent so I can color? Same method I always do. Make a new layer. Fill it with print black. Make a mask, paste the line art into the mask and then invert the mask so its a negative. With Danny's stuff (and most ink washed art) I had to kind of eyeball correcting it. This method will make it darker, so after its in, I try to mess with the levels to get it to look as close as possible to the regular stand alone line art.
