Thanks for your videos. It’s really helpful. My DX5G 2.5 years old deebot is getting stopped while app is still showing 50% charged. It works again after charging but stops again after around 50% charging left. It doesn’t say my battery is low. Do you think it’s battery or motherboard issue?
I had fixed the mop plate and was wondering how to remove it. I was searching for info for a while and glad I got this video's notification. It's so simple actually 😅😅😅
Hi, thanks million time for your support. I discovered this channel cause i have an Ecovacs Deebot R95 MkII that is not charging anymore, i found out a fault on the charging base that i have repaired but cause it was giving almost 60vcc something happened in the robot, now i'm looking a way to disassemble it and found the charging board to try to repair do you have any suggestion ? is there any video how to open this model r95 ? thanks a lot !!!!!
R95 is easier than new model...just remove all bottom screw.... remove battery, underneath battery two more screw... remove bumper then just put up top cover that's all...same way fix it back
Use some Viniger & salt but don't shake else pipe Will disconnect then can not refix...just Lock the rubber seal n turn left & right gently.. leave that water inside few minutes..will be ok ..or faster way is just use WD 40 spray a little bit...after few minutes Will be ok
Follow the video. We need to bend mop-part slightly and can observe the locks will reach to removal point and slight press it will get removed. I was in a fear that it will break, but went smoothly.
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 while charging is fine, but while cleaning when don't required to mopping unless we need to keep mopping clothing.for that I need solution team
Don't do slowly... don't worry it won't break but if do slow n frightened then confirm will break the Lock 😊. Just in once turn as I showed in video that's All
Very useful information, as always.
Nice explanation brother!!

U can use screw driver to press the lock from one side if one side comes out then other side easily can come out
This lock is easy to remove, but my debot u2 pro lock is different, how can we remove it could you pls do video for U2pro
U2 Pro is slightly different. Locks quite hard... better don't remove the mop plate. Just remove whole water tank assembly while charging

My water tank is full not using moping features. I dont use any floor cleaner at all. Just water and it stops working
Need to test wether water tank ok, or pipe ok, then mop plate sensor working or not then water pump functioning or not
Sir, I have my X1 omni giving error - clean water tank empty. Please advise how to fix.
