    I realize the homes are selling for these prices. However I don't feel the Eugene area warrants the price of homes or rent. I can see why so many natives have had to leave. I just read Oregon for the first time in years, is losing population and with that loss also revenue.

    Hello I have a couple of questions for you in about a year my family and I are looking to move to Eugene from Colorado I am an in-home nurse my husband and my daughter are both disabled I take care of them being there in-home nurse I'm looking to see for places to rent to start off I'm not looking to buy we're not at that point in life yet but I am looking for rentals Apartments also I'm wondering how do I find out about the things they have my daughter is level 2 autistic and my husband has epilepsy under in-home nurse is there programs there that deal with in-home nurses and pay them and how do I find those resources I need to make sure they provide things like that because I can't move out of Colorado unless they do also where social security income as well on top of me being the in home nurse I'm checking to see what they have do they have programs for autistic children like ABA and motor therapy and things like that do they have neurology team in Eugene do they have a hospital that's for trauma also does it have Kaiser does it have health care does it take Medicaid and Medicare it's a low income housing or renters assistance can you please help me find these things out I really need to know and I'm having a hard time figuring that out what part of Oregon has all these things can you let me know any help me

      There should be some better resources for you on that list. I wish you and your family the best of luck with your move.

    My home is a lot larger than these home and I live in southern California. These Eugene homes are way too expensive. They are old, ugly and in Eugene. I don't believe this realtor.
