I'm not gonna just be uploading challenge runs and speedruns, I'm gonna be uploading regular mod playthroughs too. Like Razor & Zenon for but for Cave Story. I will flex when I can obviously, though this mod didn't really give me opportunities to. I'll humor requests, which means I'll at least try out any mod requested. No guarantee I'll make a video. (Hint: shorter mods are better.) I'll also respect any takedown notices from mod creators. Just comment or hit me up on discord.
This mod was fun, and I did in fact learn things. My favorite of those things being the number of dogs in Cave Story. I had no idea there was that many. I can also appreciate the level of trickery on display. My biggest issue is how much waiting there is. The bat room and the "rapid-fire" questions are kinda tedious. The bat room has a cool shortcut at least, though I'm not a bad enough dude to pull it off without taking damage. I'll probably mess around with the time trial later. Shoutouts to my second favorite Cave Story character, team9 robot. I did not just pick him because he was closest, promise.
