You guys know what your doing, this design is almost perfect for expeditions. Couple questions as im not a side by side guy (yet), Is the stock stator going to put out enough juice to run your accessories? The second battery will just delay the inevitable if you dont have the amperage to charge them. Only other thing I would change is possibly a small compressor instead of CO2 but this is more preference and dependent on whether your going to be running pneumatic tools off of it. I dont bring my impact on the trail haha. Great build, this is the direction ill be going with my side x side when I get one, but for now I cant justify a toy being worth more than my truck.

rig looks awesome , great job! I recently bought a 2016 Maverick max XRS turbo and the rear seat and floorboards get so hot that no one can sit in back seat, BRP are dragging their feet in doing what is right to fix this problem! anyone else having this problem ?

Aluminum spring spacer on a fully threaded and adjustable shock? Seems legit.

Gives you lift and leaves adjustment allowing the second spring to do work as intended. We put them in my buddy's rig after about 200 miles of riding, rode better than new and sat higher too.

+Matt S whether you crank down on the reload 2" or install a 2" spacer it does the exact same thing. The only reason to install a spacer would be if you ran out of adjustment.

Spring spacers are better than cranking up the preload. They help make up for spring sag too. Think what and how you want, there are thousands of people around the world that use them.

Not on threaded shock bodies. lol On your typical OEM 5 way adjustable shock, fine. On Fox, or Elkas's like this etc. Dumb, unless you've run out of preload. Which just means you had your shocks built incorrectly. If you want lift, have Elka build a shock an inch longer then OEM, and have it set up for your riding style and body weight...
