Fishing Virginia Beach Fishing Pier, How to use a Sabiki rig

Fishing the Virginia Beach Fishing Pier with a Sabiki rig , the bigger fish were no where to be found this day so I switched to multispecies fishing
Equipment used this day
Rod - 7 foot Tsunami Carbon Shield II spinning (Medium fast) rated 1/8 - 3/4 oz (10-20lb line)
Reel - Daiwa BG 3000 (5.6:1 gear ratio) 6+1 ball bearings
Line - 30 pound Power Pro braid
2 ounce pyramid sinker
Sabiki - Marathon Sabiki rig size 6
Bait - Shortfin frozen squid

Just my advice I live around the dmv just a recommendation the best place to fish in my opinion is Cambridge maryland bill burton fishing pier
