The Mentalist is more than just a TV Show, it's a journey of redemption, battling one's demons & seeking meaning in life. Hands down, one of my favorite TV Shows of all time. Grew up watching it and re-watched it more times than I can count, so to me it's more of a life companion.
Honestly Steiner killing himself isn't the saddest part for me. The saddest part is Steiner had noone else to turn to except the prankster from CBI he barely knew. At the end Jane was his best friend, only one stood with him untill the end.
It's when I realized only 6 min are left of this masterpiece . With Jane looking on his new brought home. Like he was imagining the happiness which is coming again in his life. While Lisbon slowly coming out of van in a wedding dress with a beautiful smile on her face, Jane slowly turning around and the wind slowly moving the bushes around them . Jane with a smiling face looking in to the eyes of Lisbon. Like a pearl in the sky , Thank for everything.. - Patrick Jane ...
@@levikelsch What Akshay said, but basically the mortician had about one month to live due to cancer. He had come to terms that he was going to die, but he didn't want to suffer until he died. He wanted to commit suicide, but he knew there would be an investigation and he didn't like the idea of being examined or being the body on the table. So he asked Jane to be the witness of his death, so that wouldn't happen. He denied his request at first, but eventually he respected his last wish and helps him soothe by doing a coin trick.
It's been almost a decade still this series and it's bgm tracks hits me deep 🙏🙋🏻♂️❤️ this is probably one of the best series and most underrated according to me ...
This music just trickles down to your core before you know it and the scene makes you think about life and what it means to have that one person in it Earth shattering ❤
I have been watching all kind of tv series. But the mentelist is not just tv show for me it's emotion each sad soundtrack of it makes me feel how jane would be suffering.
It must have been hard for Jane to do this, so many personal feelings and memories flooding his mind. But he decided to stay and help out someone who was not even a very close friend. More proof he’s not a sociopath.
@@TheLucasGregory I disagree, I think Jane grew out of sociopathy because he was forced to by Red John. Some sociopaths and psychopaths grow up at a certain age. Around or close to 50 years old. Throughout the series we see Jane grow up and still failing to learn the err of his ways.
@@sinnermanmark2388 He never was a sociopath. People with this disorder are in almost every case prone to violence and aggressive, Jane displays neither of that and on the contrary seems to oppose every form of violence. The only exception of that is Red John, but that is understandable and doesn't make you a sociopath. If Jane was a sociopath he wouldn't have shot his best lead to Red John at the time to save Lisbon for example. If Jane was truly a sociopath the series as a whole couldn't happen because a Sociopath would never have such a strong emotional reaction to the death of his wife and kid, and wouldn't go to such lengths in his quest for vengeance.
@@CedricBassman I like how everyone is an internet behavioral therapist these days... He exhibits several traits of a sociopath. You don't have to be prone to violence or aggressive to be diagnosed as a sociopath. Doctors, Lawyers, Military, Bankers etc. are all examples of successful people who could be sociopathic and not exhibit any aggression or violence. Yes, Jane had a strong emotional reaction to the death of his wife. But again, his sociopathic behavior lead to the death of his wife and child. Naturally he'd learn and grow from that.
