Majority of Africans go to abroad with the mindset of having greener pastures meaning hustling or working hard or smart to make it in life or make money and have a better life for themselves and families when they come back to Africa . Without being tribalistic, why would an Asante man invest in his family to travel abroad after staying there for some couple of years. He makes sure, his nephews and nieces joins him there so the entire family can leave better. Check the records in Ghana and you will find out that, Asante people invest alot in their family to travel to states. 'They are there plenty'. Theyve tasted and seen that there is something good over there.
Maybe it's because one the family members ain't helping him to build the family by creating a business for everyone to be ok , 2 most of these family members want to travel so imagine in my first point sending in money for your family to start a business so that you all will enjoy from then they will spend the money. 3. Maybe everyone in the family depend on the one in aburokyire and he's alone so he will see it as like it will be easier for him to bring in some family members so that they can work together to help the family back home

If you listened carefully he said he wish all could come and he is not against it. He also mentioned that it better in Europe in terms of employment and economy but when it comes to raising children and having good time with your friends then Ghana is much better.
