- There is a new area to watch for a tropical storm to form. In the Eastern Atlantic, a strong tropical wave is marching across, and another tropical wave is about to come off the coast of Africa.
There is a lot of dry air around them, but the first wave is holding its own. As it gets closer to the Caribbean next week, conditions could become conducive for some development.
The next name on the list this hurricane season is "Emily".

Good morning, thanks so much Brian for taking your time to keep us in the Caribbean updated 😉. It is truly appreciated. My family enjoy listening to you, you are a good teacher ☺. We learn a lot, it is amazing how all works together. Curacao has been dry these past days. Today it's cloudy, nice breeze as well. Haven't had any rain (at least where i live), we do see rain some clouds passing by. Temperatures have gone up as well, usually in the month of August. Yesterday was 33 degrees but there was nice breeze as well 😎. Temperature is now about 31 degrees. Thanks again and have a wonderful day 🌴🌵
