A नाम के व्यक्ति के पास 10 एकड़ जमीन है। उन्होंने 12-07-2023 को निष्पादन तिथि 12-07-2023 के साथ व्यक्ति बी को चार कट्ठा क्षेत्रों की बिक्री का विलेख पंजीकृत किया। लेकिन उसने 10 कट्ठा जगह यानी कुल हिस्सेदारी का बैक डेटेड स्टांप पेपर इकट्ठा कर दान पत्र का निष्पादन 02-06-2023 (निष्पादन तिथि) दिखाकर 25-08-2023 को व्यक्ति सी को पंजीकृत कर दिया।
ऐसी स्थिति में निम्नलिखित में से कौन सा सही है?
(1) क्या बी का दस्तावेज़ वैध होगा और सी का दस्तावेज़ अमान्य होगा?
(2) बी का डीड वैध होगा यानी चार कट्ठा का मालिक होगा और सी 10-4=6 कट्ठा का मालिक होगा?
(3) बी का डीड अमान्य होगा और सी के पास 10 खाता जमीन होगी?

And or ek chizz kahi jaga suna hai final order main bhi party ka right determine hota hai. To decree main bhi to bhi same conclusively party ka right determine hota hai.. Yeh jaga confussion ho raha hai.. Final order main court kay likhta hai?please sir solve my doubt😢

After death of parents the existing property to be distributed among all legal heirs. But in case civil suit is filled the case lingers for about 10 years and the party has to bear all expenses. There is need to modify the process and it should be decided as quick as possible.
