Great overview which I appreciate, thank you. I've been doing some fun .22 shoots with a local club, but not a NRL yet though your videos give me a clue. Sharing the unedited initial day with mistakes makes it far less intimidating to the less experienced.

I am looking to get into NRL22. I just plan to start out in base class to get my feet wet. One thing I immediately notice I probably have wrong is the height of the bipod. I currently have a 6-9" bipod on my rifle which has been fine for just plinking on the farm. What size do you recommend for competition?
A 6-9" is actually going to be fine for flat ranges where the target is at the same height as the firing point. But if you start shooting upwards at an angle (targets higher up), then you will want more height. Any chance you run an Arca or Picatinny rail for the bipod? The match you attend will have people who can let you use their bipod if yours proves to be unsuitable for the range venue, and Arca or Picatinny is an easy swap. My opinion is to just attend the NRL22 match with what you have and people will help you figure things out as applicable.
Looking forward to shooting my first NRL match tomorrow a WEGC… usually an ARA shooter😎 I very much appreciate all your work on this review, and the advice on technique and equipment is enlightening! Looks like a bunch of fun👍👍👍😎
1:44 I referred to my timer as a shot timer. I misspoke. It is just a count down/up timer with audible notifications.
You are my go to each month for the course of fire! Thanks again

What are the details on the timer from Amazon. I like the progression of notifications.

Thank you sir. Ordered mine now.
Yes, thank you both
What is the name of the accessory you have bolted to the left side of your scope (the white board you have written data on)? Thx.

@@ocabj Thank you!
Very nice. I have a similar setup. Krg stock, volquartsen trigger, oem Thompson center receiver and barrel. What ammo were you using
ELEY Semi Auto Benchrest Precision. It is the only ammo I found that shoots well in this specific rifle.
Nice set up what scope are you using.
Bushnell Match Pro ED. Note: Not too much of a fan of it; at least the unit that I have.
@@ocabj lol I watched your review on it thought you ditched it. Thanks for the videos
@@BBSlats I have yet to really do a review on this scope. It's ok for what it is. Definitely not great at the high magnification end.

Do you read "magazine change is required after the 1st shot and before the last shot" as 2 mag changes or 1?
No. Only one mag change. It is just saying that it must take place after the 1st and before the last shot, not after the 1st and after the last shot.
@ocabj thought so, thanks Jonathan
what timer are you using?
I forgot my Kestrel KST-1000 and was fortunate to still have a Amazon-sourced timer still on my over-the-ear hearing protection - amzn.to/3ugA4IA
thank you very much@@ocabj
