I often take breaks from social media. They are usually 1 week long. I use them to recharge myself and focus on myself. But I too feel that I'd become addictive once I join social media again. Btw great video ✨

Quitting social media is hard when we've been so used to the habits of using it. I find that limiting and making an effort to not go on it is what's helped me the most.
