I can confirm (I made this music) it's 1x speed, made with SIDFactory2 editor, released at X 2024 demoparty. I am unsure why only 1 channel is rendered, the audio itself has all the 3 channels properly, this is how this music should sound on a SID8580.

i almost started thinking only 1 channel using in this track, but mb author so lazy to render all 3 channels
