  • Grand Tuhon Supremo Leo T. Gaje Jr. explains the concept on creating a bridge to connect and find an entry to attack your opponent. The concept of "bridging" is when two limbs meet or crash against each other, one has to find a way to follow up offensively. Can be used with a weapon or empty, but can also lead to grappling.

      It's good to have humor to break the serious atmosphere of martial arts. You want to have a loose mindset and not be tense all of the time.
