Need to get new leadership within these Narcotic detective bureaus. These old school cops don't have anything new, progressive, or innovative in their playbook. They are like little high school sports teams having fun breaking down doors, beating up addicts and distributors,siezing everything they can get there greasy hands on, and $$$$ guns drugs all go unreported, inventoried by same department which makes the possibility of $20,056 seized versus 15,056 inventoried easy enough.
