Lucy can sing anything you can throw at her. She is most likely the best female vocalist of this generation. Lucy is world class without a doubt! She is probably the 'music treasure' of this decade and maybe even this century. Lucy brings back the kind of singing that most people love. Her talent, ability, dedication and commitment is beyond reproach. Lucy has already accomplished so much and is about to turn 20 years old next week. She has done all this without the help of mainstream media! If Lucy continues her career in theater and live performances, God willing, Lucy Thomas will go down in history as a legend, similar to all the great Divas of the past!
Hi, nice reaction to Lucy. I think you will find the tunic the guy in the video is wearing is an old army officer uniform probably from the 1800's Europe.
Hi Erinna great reaction as usual .Lucy absolutely nails this song and makes it her own. Beautiful song and she sings it beautifully. Lucy is on the move this year ,She has a concert in Manchester in March, the stage preview of her musical "Rosie" in Autumn. and a concert in Tokyo in September. Thanks for your continued for Lucy.

Some similarities in this and the original. Lucy’s tone and expression is warmer giving a slightly happier feel. Lucy’s harp voice in a song like this is just unbeatable. Her depths and tones and colours with gentle sweet voice here is sublime. A hint of romance for Valentine’s Day. 💘
You will have heard about Lucy’s starring role as Rosie Boote in Rosie the musical. This is a love story of a young catholic girl brought up in an Irish orphanage becoming a music hall entertainer in London and then falling in love with an aristocratic titled gentleman, Geoffrey Taylour, who was an officer in the British army and also the 4th Marquess of Headfort. Despite the seeming impossibility on social grounds of this match, the couple marry and to cut to the chase, live and love happily ever after. This musical is based on a true story and the characters are real historical figures from the early 1900s. Rosie Taylour née Boote died in 1958. The video footage here is a nod to Lucy’s imminent starring role in this musical and future career in musical theatre. I don’t blame you for being emotional on the most romantic day of the year. Many, including myself, have shed tears of joy and perhaps also sadness reminiscing over their own personal encounters with romantic love.
@@christopherseaborn4084 That's right, yes I imagined so and I said in other posts it has a feel of Rosie. The gentleman actor in the video is wearing a British Calvary parade jacket which could have still been worn during Rosie’s days. Maybe, but it all fit’s together for Valentine’s Day - yesterday. So why not. 🙂
Another amazing performance, she sings with so much passion. Lucy's voice is absolutely gorgeous. Great reaction😊
awe thank you honey
have a great day
