Bro thanks so much I bought a $65 wheel and tire hammered it onto the axle and it would not go any further down the axle, so happy I found your video it legit saved me from cutting off the tire
I have the same kart but having problems with the front wheels.. it has a 6in bolt connecting the frame with the wheel but it is seized on as well.. I’ve literally done everything to push it through.. hammered it so much that now the threads are mashed together so I’ll have to get a new bolt anyways.
I have the same go kart and both rear wheels are stuck. I’m confused about how I’d get the second wheel off because once there’s one tire left on the kart I don’t have a support for the wood beam. Let me know what you think. (Possibly put the tire back on loosely to get the other one off?)
@@ramos7735 Thanks, i was thinking of doing that but I don't have an air hammer. If everything fails I'm just going to buy one. I have tought about buying one(for other stuff) anyways, prior to this problem.
Nice! Have fun be careful though on the quad before my dirt bike I got into a bad wreck doc said if it was a hair deeper in would have died I know your getting a dirt bike but point of the story is be careful buddy

Want to get the wheels off to get the rear sprocket off to change to different size for more speed. I got a really bad stuck go kart rim and I hit it with a hamer a ax but didn't work I'm going to try this

When you were hitting it were you also spinning the tire as you were hitting it
Nope just pick a spot in the back and hit you could try spinning it but also try some PB blaster let that soak over night then hit it

Yes put the unstuck wheel back on and hit off the stuck one if it does not come off use pb blaster and let it sit over night

My engine is in the way and i don't want to take the whole engine off to take the tire off

Mines has axel key as well and seized on there good 🤦♂️ any ideas? Did you have similar problems?

@@MOE13576 yes I used a small air compressor and a air hammer worked pretty well. That’s all that worked for me no videos of it on here
