ICqntA1m, The Fortnite Failure Try using fun gimmicky teams, it’s fun in doubles cos you can run ally switch and moves that swap your stats and abilities
@@mooseears9849 you can't just rely on individual Pokemon that are good. You need to create a team that synergizes well otherwise anything you run will fail a lot. Also on Smogon they have explanations for why you would use those moves or ev spreads and what kind of things it would counter so read those and use the ones that help your team the most

I mean, I think I understand the thought process behind the Berry + endeavor. Iirc, in some gens, Berry is consumed at the end of the turn. If that’s true, then you could use endeavor at low health, and then get health back afterwards.
Blissey was a weird choice for that, of course... not sure why he considered a high HP Pokémon a good endeavor user, unless he thought it worked like Minus Strike in bravely default... oh god, could you IMAGINE that?

I got one that I made so it's timid butterfree with compound eyes and focus sash moves are sleep powder baton pass and quiver dance, max evs in speed and Hp and the other member is mewtwo with modest nature max in sp.A and speed with the moves drain punch/ aura sphere stored power shadow ball and flamethrower (for the steel fairy ubers) and he dynamaxes which if I use dynamaxed stored power sets up terrain and gives more stab and dynamaxed aura sphere/ drain punch gives +1 in atk which means more power on stored power
The +2 speed boost theme was fun, and I always appreciate Explosion Metagross. Takes me back to spending hours in the casino in Gen 4 trying to win the TM for it.

The key to having fun in a game is having a win condition. Even if you lose the match, you take solace in achieving that condition. His win condition was taking out the biggest threat to his team, which was your Sceptile. He wins the battle, you win the war.

That was my thought, since technically speaking, lowering the enemy’s speed to hit them with a beefed Electro Ball isn’t exactly a BAD thought process, it’s just that even with a faster Pokémon, Electro Ball doesn’t really give ENOUGH power vs Thunderbolt to be worthwhile

I think with Endeavor he was thinking that the move does damage based on how much HP the Pokemon using it has. In that case, Blissey having a tonne of HP would make that move powerful. I know Blissey's speed would still make it pointless and that Oran berry would only give him a tiny bit od HP/ damage back after being hit but yeah... new meta.

Aerial Ace's Japanese name has nothing to do with flight, it's a reference to a sword technique. We can reasonably assume Diglett has claws because it learns moves like Scratch.
Tm 51 was ally switch, became steel wing and they forgot to change, also you should look at the original japanese names to see if the moves are valid
