I’m so blessed I was finally able to meet you. You’re so right about needing that time. I’m a high energy person ALL THE TIME but that comes with a huge flaw. There’s no middle ground. If I’m not 100 then I’m 0 which is scary. I definitely need to prioritize more “me” time lol. Keep crushing it ❤
